I've experienced it with five episodes of Pokemon. I truly have no desire to see how it works for Rockman. _________________

You just made things so much easier.
EDIT: I checked it out. They have sets of Stream, Axess and the original in sets of 2 episodes. Unbelievable and it costs 40 dollars a DVD. Dang! |
That is normal for Japanese DVDs. Mai-Hime is $70 for 3 episodes. Gankutsuou is $56 for 2 episodes. _________________ Once I was Dr Kain, but I died and have been reborn as Gankutsuou. |

Well... the official dub numbering for episodes 6, 7, 8 (and the other 10 "lost episodes" that were dubbed later) comes AFTER Virus Busters, the series finalé... since Virus Busters is episode 42 in the dub, the remaining episodes become 43, 44, 45, and so on. We'll get these missing pieces later. _________________

Thats Gay, the fact that they dubbed them later, im still curious to why 5,6 & 7 were cut, there was really nothing too bad in them, I think they were just cut to get to the N1 Grand Prix episodes (I want to call it a saga, but it really isnt) faster, & they should have made the real lost episodes on the DVD's where they belong, or maybe they are going to release "Lost Episodes" DVD's in order to justify the late dubbing |

thing is, it's cheaper [the things i do to save $10 -_-; ] and it makes me laugh. sorry.

eh? your's does that, AMZ? wierd, even my beyblade ones don't do that... yes, my shaman king and beyblade ones come with mandarin/cantonese dubbed. i was dying of laughter after listening to them. but they let me select what language and all that jazz. what? you get what you pay for.... i would've bought the rockman EXE ones and the naruto ones but they only had chinese subtitles... so... neh

The only thing that matters is that I'll take the risk.
BUt, I'll try the official or bootleg. Whichever is the best. |

Anyway... I hear that the Rockman.EXE DVDs is coming out on Sept 14th.
But with all of this happening, I may need to decide what I need to get. I just don't know what to do. |

O_O Wow, Like where can you get the entire series like buy them in person in the US because I've search everywhere hollywood videos, blockbuster, ever video store I can find. Even this new video store strand called Mega Videos I thought that, thats the place I would most likely find it. In english please I find it loses its drama having to read the sub. _________________ ...BOKTAI FAN...

I hate to say it but Japanese is better because they keep it unedited and uncut because I dislike seeing the english version for various reasons. |

Read the rest of the posts. Questions concerning the DVDs, in Japanese and English, have already been answered by several users. _________________

i suggest u get a high speed connection and downloading the fansubs is better than wasting your money on the craapy HK bootleg subs (even the names r wrong there)
like sonic x i bought it the names r :
sonic = sonic
amy = amy
tails=dailuss
knuckels = knakruze or something like that
and lots of wrong stuff
actually there's a store in my country that sells fansubs on DVDs every 13 episodes in one DVD (that man rocks) but he only has the 1st 13 episodes of rockman exe but i tell him every week to bring it and at last he told me ok i'll do it
^o^
now i'll have to wait for it
unless they make a a japanese dub and english subtitle box set then i'll buy it _________________

How horrible I feel like people keep accusing me just cause I like the english version better I just do T_T why won't someone just answer my question I would get it in what ever form I can but one I travel to much to stay in one place (thus if I order I won't be there when its delivered) and I only move around in the states and on occasion go to mexico to visit my family there and the internet service there is much worse(so slow *stabs self*).
Well I guess I will just try to find them on my own. _________________ ...BOKTAI FAN...

I live in New York so my best bet for you is that if you plan to visit New York, head to Chinatown. Chinatown is the best place to get Japanese episodes of Rockman. Where do you live? |

Blade .exe - You'll probably have to order them online; I'm sure Amazon and AnimeCastle carry the DVDs of the english versions.
But since you can't buy online, try in big music stores and check their DVD areas. I can't name you a specific store, since I don't live there, though.
People is not accusing you, by the way... they didn't understand the question. For the record, he's trying to locate the NT Warrior DVDs. Not EXE. NT Warrior. And those weren't covered on this thread, AFAIK. _________________

Well, we went over everything except where to directly buy the VHS/DVDs of NT Warrior... but I sorta figured it was kinda obvious. Not trying to be mean, honest, but...
Finding English DVDs and VHSs on the internet is really easy (Amazon.COM being your best bet), but since you can't get them online... well, it's even more obvious that we can't really tell you that much there, considering we don't live where you do.
Just try any stores that carry DVDs and VHSs... like K-Mart, Wal-Mart, Magic Mart, Best Buy, and other stores like that. Also try stores like FYE or related music stores... I've seen volume one at FYE a few times. My local GameStop has volume one used, as well.
But truthfully, if you live in an area like mine, you can't get them unless you order online... no one around here carries the damn things, and if they do, it's always just volume one. _________________

Um, Media Play, Target, Best Buy, and Walmart all sell them.
Blade, I don't understand how you claim that reading subs kills the emotions when the dub has no emotions to begin with. Either way, you lose out. Whatever though, that is your choice. _________________ Once I was Dr Kain, but I died and have been reborn as Gankutsuou. |

Some people take longer to read the subs. While they are reading the subs they can miss the expression changes in the visuals. Dubs let you know 'what happens' without having to read anything. Some people take longer to read than others, and his point is valid for himself, there's nothing to 'debate' on that sense. _________________ Hecha en MÉXICO - Avatar by Me.
