How to find chips at Megaman Battle Network 4 Red Sun???

Please PM me if anyone know to find all Evil Chips..Please, I want to be evil navi without being Megaman DS!!!

Anubis: Undernet 5 Navi
Murmasa: Undernet 5 Navi
Black Wing: Undernet 5 Navi
Bug Charge: Don't destroy the in battle GMD for ShadeMan or LaserMan
Element Dark: S Rank the ElemporEX or Elempor 6 virus'

You still have to be ebil to use these chips

And then in Red Sun, you can't use the fifth Giga Chip, Black Barrier unless your dark too.
