I like the picture a lot. Netto's arms kind of look funny, to me anyway. What's the reason for mixing their names?

Err...I /really/ don't like triangle heads that they have. Although, that's a matter of prefrence and the reason why I hate a lot of anime character designs. >>

Well, they look like "They're male, but the kind of male that looks like female" kind of male. >.<

Also, might wanna work on the little dimension of it is a more location realist scene. On the other hand, this kind of effects are awesome. And pencil sketch? Well, that might give you a chance to fix mistakes and ink it. (It looks like pencil to me. ^_^')
