Actually it's not that bad. I was worried at first though, when I saw the chair in the first comic. I have a site here that is full of pointers for making sprite comics. It should help.

At any rate the plot line has a few bumps, but it's sort of understanable. To be perfictly honest, You author is just a recolored Chaud. Maybe you should work on giving him some more sprite work with his body. Also duely note, in Anime's when ever they get Hearts on there eye's the hearts tend to tke up there whole eye's

Anyways, I might suggest that you base the author sprite on a female sprite rather than chaud. I know you love him, but it might work better if you change a female sprite to look like chaud instead of making chaud look like you. Just a suggestion...

The way you can make them look like different people is to practice. Don't worry you'll get the hang of it.

Thanks.. And maybe your right... But.. I like Chaud's camo pants.. I wear camo all of the time.. *sighs* I'll try when my friend gets off of my computer.. I'm on my mom's.

Do you really actually look like chaud?

Camo can be recreated. If you use paint and have a good sense of sprite form, you can make a camo pants from a base. If all else fails, you can always ask an experienced spriter for help.

Er... this is a spriters lab. There are plenty of spriters here.

And if you really need it, I'm a spriter, in a way. I once did a sprite of Blues Fire Emblem style. You ever played Fire Emblem? Oh well. If you want, I'd be glad to help, if I can...

You could have just cut-pasted the camo pants onto someone else's sprite. <_<;; In any case, it doesn't appear all that interesting so far. Randomniosity is good if it's funny, but in this case it's...not. Consider actually starting a storyline by the fifth strip, instead of just repeating the random theme over and over again. And, maybe watch your character personalities. Enzan appears over-fangirled.

The comic started of roughly, but got a bit better later on as you're opening statement said. In making comics it is sometimes a good idea to write out a script to follow, or just put down on paper some of the things you would like to happen in it and work towards those points. It helps to keep things going in order at times and will give you something to look at to see how you are progressing in the story.
