I'll have to ask you to remove the 'list' of banned people from your requests. It's unnecesary, it's sort of rubbing on the nose of people, and could eventually enlarge your signature too much and disrupt other user's navigation of the threads you'd post on. You can simply deny users from taking their requests, parading around a list of banned people is pretty uncalled for.

If you feel you must keep a record of users you don't want to take requests from anymore, or inform them of your decision, please do so via PM, not in your signature.

I'm afraid you'll have to specify what kind of "substance" you want. One of my guidelines is to have a basic plot in mind. Now either supply a plot or I won't write your fic.
