I have noticed that Madoi's and Tesla's roles in the games and anime are reversed! In the first game, Madoi was down right EVIL, in the anime she's okay. In the 5th game, Tesla's a good person, in the anime she's EVIL.
Also, in the game, Charlie isn't a ladies man! |

You know, Ryouko already has a lot of these differences codified. Here.

She may not have updated them for the most recent arcs, but bear in mind she has a huge site and forum to run. _________________ Today, these three players are after Big Bucks! I really don't think either of the women are "downright evil." They're just... misled, in my opinion. _________________ I'll remember that day, and I won't let it go. |

This doesn't show any kind of parallelism. Madoi began the series as an enemy. When the World Three ended, she changed her ways, along with the rest of the World Three members (Hinoken, Count Elec, Mahajarama, and seemingly even Wily now). While, yes, Tesla also begins evil in the anime (and is good in the games), she's obviously making a transition to good guy now (which was inevitable since the first episode of Stream). _________________

Evil? Yes and No. As I learned in Star Wars *sounds like a geek* there is no such thing as a definite good or evil. Why? Our point of views. You just think they are evil. Some people think trying to kill Netto is evil...is it? From most people's point of views, yes. To some...no. Some might think killing Netto is good and downright righteous. Furthermore...*gets run over by car* _________________

The Sith are the ones that hold such a view of there being no clear-cut good and evil, with it all being a matter of perspective. The Jedi, however, hold a solid belief of good and evil and have a very clear boundary.
Anyway, Tesla didn't start out in the anime as evil, per se. She was just corrupt and greedy with a strong contempt for the law. Certainly not a person you'd call good, but clearly not evil.

*cough* How do you know he isn't? ^_^;; The game might have actually not said it, but it hasn't said otherwise either. _________________ I'll remember that day, and I won't let it go. |

The shortcut? What are you talking about?
Shogakugan Productions (ShoPro Japan) and TV Tokyo, I believe, produce the anime, while Xebec does the animation. There are individual writers on the Shogakugan staff... there is no entire company that writes the anime. Capcom doesn't directly (note I said DIRECTLY) handle anything in the anime; they're just creditted for the original concept. _________________

Oh, and on a side note, in the games Charlie is a ladies man. When you get to the second part of the [spoil:c3afeeff13]DarkChip Factory[/spoil:c3afeeff13], after Charlie [spoil:c3afeeff13]knocks out the Nebula Agent,[/spoil:c3afeeff13] he says "Too bad there's wasn't any girls to see that..." Plus, the strategy guide also makes a small quip about him being a ladies man. _________________ EXEHQ. Click now, I demand it.

I bet Tesla and Madoi can't stand eachother! People who are similar either are good friend or fast enemies. They are in fact very similar in personality. They're also close in age, around 29. |

I don't know how reliable a source the strategy guide might be towards character biographies, since I'm pretty sure there hasn't been a single mention of Higsby's crush on Ms. Mari in the games. (Heck, the strategy guide says he has a crush on Mr. Mari, for that matter.) But the in-game dialogue is better proof, so there you go.

You THINK they don't? That was instant rivalry in that episode. (The fact she's Gauss's daughter probably feeds Madoi's fire, too, considering Madoi has a bad relationship with Gauss too.) _________________

Wait... If Hakushaku Elec is Tesla's uncle... And he's not that much younger than Gauss... Tesla is 29... So wouldn't that make Elec around 50? |

I'm guessing the Dragon and Tiger don't get along in Chinese history, meh. I wonder how Count Zap and Maddy get along, seeing as how Tesla IS his niece. I wonder if he knew he had a niece, probably not. Count Zap and Gauss aren't on friendly terms. I think Gauss would be between 50 and 55, and Zap would be up there with him, age wise.

The Electel family tree isn't that complicated.
Tesla Electel (Elec Mama) --> Mother of...
Jack Electel (Count Elec) and Gauss Magnets (brothers)...
Gauss has a daughter, Tesla Magnets
We dunno who Jack and Gauss's father is, nor do we know who Gauss's wife is. (I'm trying to figure out who would actually want to have a kid with Gauss.) Count Elec is well aware that Tesla (Magnets) exists... in 46, he cooperated with Gauss to rescue her.
We know that Madoi and Gauss don't get along, and we know that Madoi and Tesla don't get along. Since Count Elec and Gauss already don't get along, I don't figure he minds that Madoi doesn't get along with Gauss's daughter. _________________

Numberman's scenerio in Exe5 has Higure running around doing things for a Mariko, Miss Mari's Japanese name, I assume that they didn't translate the name (She didn't appear in Exe4, for all we know, CoA already forgot about her) and that Mariko is mr. Mari who is miss Mari. _________________ Make a random avatar/ banner. | Atomic Fire's oekaki board. |

Yeah, I know the Japanese names. And I figured Mr. Mari was a typo (a funny one, though). I don't have Team Colonel version, so I didn't realize Higsby did anything in EXE5 pertaining to Ms. Mari... so, eh, I guess you proved me wrong. But out of my own curiosity, does she actually appear in EXE5? _________________
