For those of you who remember the Enzan...>> I have Enzan, Blues, and Laika, though I'm planning to remake Enzan and Blues.

That is cool. Pipecleaner Laika, never even thought that anime characters could be made with pipe cleaners. Well it makes sense because of the pipecleaner animal books but still never thought of Pipe Cleaner Anime Characters good job Nazne.

Looks like that fuzzy wire from an arts-and-crafts store.

Hah, that's pretty cool. The head seems a little small, although considering the difficulty of working with that material that's pretty much as accurate as it can be. Looking forward to the Enzan and Blues remakes.

Looks abstract. :D At first I thought you CGed it, but I didn't have my glasses and the photo resized to fit my browser. It's fabulous and very, very unique! (That's the most admirable part!) Kudos to you for such creative and original ideas.

If I'm not mistaken, that is the doll that you mentioned in IRC that you planned to make out of pipe cleaners, no?

It still looks quite good, given that the cleaners are rather coarse and they do not offer much room for detail. I assumed that you would manually add some more detail to the face, but it is still good without it.

The only detail I could add would be to draw a smiley face on the...ah, face. >> The doll's actually quite small. I ran out of green pipe-cleaners to make it, too. ^^;;;

I might try sewing next time /o/

http://www.yagami.org/nazne/raien.jpg <-- Now with Enzan. Laika's slightly taller, but Enzan has bigger hair. >>

That looks amazing. The head looks awkward since you used white for skin and the top part of Enzan's hair is white, but it's understandable. I'm still in awe in your work~

Thanks. ^^;; I'm trying to find a peach-colored marker for Enzan's face, because the hair color is a problem.

They're awesome, Nazne! (Look! I got yer name right this time! Laughing ) Finally, some thing unique that's LAIKA related! Oh, and Enzan too, BUT MOSTLY LAIKA!! Very...different! I woulda NEVER thought to have used pipecleaners! Who knows, maybe I'll sew up my own Laika plushie...which will eventually explode from being hugged too much! Laughing
