The only problems here are the proportioning, like the head being too big for the whole body, and the arms comparably too small. Other than those, your Cosmo Soul has a nice idea. Keep at it.
Also, the virus you came up with are interesting.

Nice pictures! :] About the CosmoSoul pic, though, you might want to work on his arms and legs. They're a bit stubby. Otherwise, good job.
The virus pics are nice too! :V I think it's good when a virus reminds you of a certain Robot Master Navi.

...and there there is the most obviouse problem with the pic - the design. It doesn't look like a cosmo-soul at all, but rather a cosmoman with shades. Looks nothing like Rockman at all, really, try looking at other sould to get a better idea of how Souls look and how they try to stay true to at least RESEMBLING Rockman a bit...
As for the quality of the art itself, work on your lines, they're wobbly and not too tight. Also, work on proportions...it helps.

| Your cosmosoul looks like a random kid in cross fusion with cosmoman in full synchro. The proportions are incorrect the head being too big and the arms different lengths. The only thing that it shows that is megaman is the symbol and that isn't much. |

And on your art work I like the battery virus its very good, and the cosmo soul might need to be labled Chibi-CosmoSoul since its kinda small on preportion.

about the cosmosoul i'll told you many time in school LOOK AT THE HEAD SIZE, COMPARE IT WITH THE BODY!!!! :grr: but it's a nice pict well done my son!
