Yeah, that's what I thought.

Quote:

It didn't find the whole chase scene as intense as I did in the orginal.

That's what happens when you have the characters continually jabbering during scenes that are suppossed to be silent.

Wow, i really liked this episode. I felt sorry for Anneta with Dark Protoman chasing her. 0_0 When he broke through the room that Anneta was hiding in, i said "Stinks to be you."

I didn't notice the cutout with DP and Anneta in the elevator.

Nice episode. :O :O :O :O :O /10 Thats what i rate it.

Yeah, the constant talking was a bit annoying after awhile; especially Anetta with her repeating "it will be alright" over and over. I didn't mind Dark Protoman's added lines though; he's got a nice voice. =3

Commander Beef next week should prove interesting. I wonder how they'll handle Gauss's antics. Oh well, I'm just glad I get to see Masa and company.

I missed it. And It had Anetta in it. Maybe I can catch it later. But eh. I was sick of missing a number of episodes from 18-28

Well...having seen the episode, I can't help but begin to like Anetta a bit more. I concur in thinking that the scene where Anetta was hiding from Dark ProtoMan was a bit lacking in intensity, but it seemed that the rest of the episode was adequately dealt with.

I also noted the shattered edge of the blade--it was lined in a bright orange hue. I am tempted to think that was the way it was portrayed originally, but I have no raw.

Crimson Seiko wrote:
I still dispise NovaMan's dub voice, but it's no big deal anymore (considering he died and all).

I'm not too supportive of the voice as well, so I was not so disheartened when he was obliterated.

Edit: Darn spelling errors.

Whee, managed to get the episode on tape.

Edits seemed minimal, Dark Protoman's voice is uber ebil, and this episode is now a favorite of mine.

Beefy finally makes a cameo appearance next week. Yay.

I was thinking that Brianne Sidall (Tsukasa from dot hack) would have made a good voice for Star Man. Though, I don't know if she's ever done anything for the group that dubs Axess.

Nope, she's not part of Ocean Group, sorry. I think Starman may've been voiced by Trevor Devall, making himself sound all freakish like that. Speaking of which, the voices reminded me a bit of how many of the whiney side characters that've been appearing in the DBZ Uncut episodes lately sound.

Ok, so I managed to record this ep after all. -_-; Why do the fan favorites ( Like StarMan and BrightMan) only last a few eps? It's not fair... T_T

It just dawned on me that there will be some complications for casual viewers next week when Lan is shown with his older PET again, especially after dedicating about three episodes to him getting a new one.

I did not notice about that until you told us, Crimson Seiko. I mean, the episodes are somewhat out of order.

Unless they edit it to the Advance PET II ... which I doubt. Oh, they'll make up some kind of excuse probably. It need to be reconfigured, it had a tiny data flaw... blah blah blah.

They already aired a couple of the earlier episodes out of order and slightly complicated the deal with CF Protoman. I'm sure Kids WB doesn't care about this little thing with the PETs.

I wish they'd care a little less and air friggin "BubbleMan's Plan" already. That's one episode I was extremely curious in seeing dubbed.

Yeah, I know whatcha mean. I wanna see "Bubbleman's Plan" too -_-;

As for "The New PET", I actually got a chance to see it, even though I was away from home ^^ (I was at a birthday party for a 2 year old that I'd gotten dragged to, and no one missed me for half an hour xD ^^; ) And I must say I rather liked it, although the reception on the TV I was watching it on wasn't very good ^^;; *snickers* I remember liking the surprised look Chaud gave the sandwiches after Lan's comment about them. And as for later in the episode, I liked the chase, although I haven't seen the original so I can't make much of a comparison between the intensity factor of the two. All in all, I loved the episode, and all of the Dark Protoman action >D (Although he still spooks me a little ^^; But that voice~...)

Actually, I wanted to see "BubbleMan's Plan" too.

Oh, I still found the surprised look on Chaud's face funny! Laughing Laughing Laughing
