That's really solid and cute. The only thing I'd suggest is to vary the thickness of your lines. It takes practice, but I do this by just running the eraser tool along certain parts of thicker lines. It creates interesting depth and dimension. Still, like I said, very cute little Cinna-bun^_^

Ah, the powerhouse of destruction in Command Mission (Don't belive me? Get her Kitty Gloves). She's so adorable! And I as for her voice acting, well, at least she actually had a cute voice, unlike whoever they got to voice-act for Roll in English.
