In ToC, I think the best Souls are :
- KnightSoul : the ChargeShot is impressive when you are surrounded. Use a StealPanl
- TomahawkSoul : you're weak against fire, but what a ChargeShot !
ColonelSoul can be useful, but it appears too late in the game.
And let's not forget ChaosUnisons : with ChaosToad and ChaosTomahawk, you can destroy large areas !

TOC is all I have, but one of the best souls has to be toadsoul. It shoots elec charge shot which is homing and it's awqua elemental.
Don't forget chaos union, chaos shadowsoul is all you need. Just watch him pwnzoar the enemy with random chips. |

I'm not an expert on ToB since I don't have it. I tend to avoid all versions that have "Blue" in their title for some odd reason. :/ Exactly what is the total damage of this strategy? Your brother should use the S-Slasher folder I heard on gamefaqs. It's pretty damn good. I think it would work better on ToB cause you got BluesSoul and SearchSoul. You got BigNoise, WildBird, and LifeSword. Plus a few Airpucs for a chance of Fullsync.
In ToC, I prefer using NumberSoul because I want to use my PAs ASAP. When I'm low on health, I rely on Chaos Shadow since I'm invincible for a while. In fact, if your timing is that good, you'll pretty much be invincible throughout the whole battle.
I also like using Chaos Knight because of DarkDrill, combined with AreaGrab means 600(?) Damage. I also equip a SuperArmor because I know I'll get hit.

| With ChaosTomahawk, You can KILL cloudman so easily. Too bad that you can gat his sp chip from the liberation mission too. You can also kill toadman by using airhockey for full synchro and then use anti elec! The results are almost explosive! 800 DAMAGE IN ONE SHOT!!! Also a fast buster would help too. My buster is Attack:5 Speed:5 Charge:5 and also with Buster Up things, I can do like 90 damage with an extremly fat butser. And i dont think navi customizer parts affect your soul unison buster :] |

Actually, they do. All buster power ups work on your soul unisons.

| Really?! I always wondered, how did my Blues Soul or Search Soul charge shots do more damage than normal? I thought it had to do something about leveling up the Soul Unisons by the number of times you use it. I can't understand how my teammates' standard selected chip (like Blue's Fumikomizan/Stepsword and Magnetman's NS Tackle chip) increase damage value. |
