Weird, Neko, weird. But likeable. The whole Enzan plot I like, the relationship with him and Netto reminds of the N1 in some way. I get horrible images picturing Netto as a Sailor Scout. Laika as a villian should be nice.

Wow, I've really gotta start reading the warnings people put on fanart and fanfics....

On the one hand, the writing is very well done, and the plot elements are done in a very realistic fashion, which is nice.

On the other hand....you made Netto a senshi! With a senshi's little frilly dress! And you made him a girl! You can't fathom the mind-numbing images that conjures up! I just hope you don't try and make a female Netto/Enzan romance, or I'm afraid I'll have to kill you with a pointy stick. Laughing

You fangirls think up some freaky stuff.

I really have to say, though, if the actual Sailor Moon series was as well thought-out and done with as much common sense as your fic, it wouldn't annoy nearly as many people as it does now. And I mean that in a good way.

You have NO right to yell at me about this. I warn you in the title, in the opening bit AND apperantly you still read through it anyways. Now what in the HELL makes you think you can yell at me about this when I CLEARLY STATE that it's messed up and what is in it.

“Enzan-sama, are you all right?” Blues asked as he helped his charge to his feet.

Enzan winced and grabbed onto his arm, “No,” he hissed through his teeth. “I’m not all right. I’m in pain, dying and that blasted girl is now totally trapped and it’s all my fault.”

“Enzan-sama… surely…” Blues started.

Enzan shook his head, “Just… let me think this through. Rushing in won’t help anybody. I need a plan…”

“You obviously don’t have much time,” a silky voice said.

Enzan and Blues looked down to see Nova glaring up at them. “Where were you?” Enzan asked.

“I’m an advisor not a solider. What would I do, hit it?” she asked sarcastically. “Look, you need to get that child back; if their master gets a hold of her power we are all very screwed.”

Enzan sighed through his teeth, “Lovely,” he muttered.

“Enzan-sama?” Blues asked.

“Blues, I need you to get a few things for me if we’re going to make this work, can I trust you?” Enzan asked him.

“Yes, Enzan-sama,” Blues said.

Enzan sighed, “All right, this is a two man operation then, if you’re willing to help.”

“Of course, Enzan-sama,” Blues said.

Enzan nodded, “Here’s what I need you to do…”

While being hung up in the spider web Netto had half a mind to just call off the transformation but unfortunately she couldn’t reach her broach to cancel it. It would reveal who she/he really was but would it matter if it meant she got away, not for the time being at least. Regardless she had no way of doing it so it was just a desperate plan in the recesses of her mind.

“Okay,” she told herself quietly, “I need to concentrate, do something. Like hell I’m going to sit here and be kidnapped or rescued by the play boy wannabe…” she continued to talk to herself while the spider got ready to open to portal.

Netto shut her eyes and concentrated hard on anything that might possibly help her. Something sharp or… no it had to be sharp. She looked around and saw a tiny piece of gravel stuck in the web by her fingers. It may have been hopeless but whatever, anything was worth a try at that point.

Nova eyed the two men in a slightly fearful way, “Flamethrowers?” she asked.

Enzan sighed, “Do you have a better idea?” he asked crossly.

“Well… it’ll certainly get through that but…” Nova eyed them again. “I question the sanity of anyone who would give you a flamethrower.”

Blues sighed, he wasn’t fond of the idea either, but the plan had its merit. “All right, let’s go,” Enzan said.

Blues looked at the weapon in his hands and sighed, what he did for Enzan-sama.

Netto was slowly getting through the threads but at the wonderful rate of about a millimeter per 15 minutes and considering she had been doing it for five, things weren’t going so well as she had hoped. Over on the other side of the small spider web dome a small reddish haze appeared and grew. When Tuxedo Kamen came through wielding a flamethrower Netto could almost feel her heart stop.

Enzan eyed her and ran over before the spider could attack. “Don’t you get near me with that thing!” Netto yelped.

“Shut up,” Enzan muttered, now very much in pain because of the poison.

“Seriously, put it down now,” Netto said slowly.

“You’re the one who has been captured,” Enzan hissed.

“Put. It. Down. Now.” Netto told him.

Enzan sighed, set the weapon down and pulled out a small knife to cut her down while Blues bravely faced the giant spider by torching its underbelly. It wasn’t really hard for him because he had hurt Enzan-sama and it was a giant spider and very creepy to begin with.

Netto eyed the knife. “What scared of this too?” Enzan snapped.

“I prefer you when you have your stick and flowers,” Netto retorted.

Enzan hissed through his teeth and cut her down letting her fall intentionally from the large web. She landed on her feet and Enzan jumped off the pile of rubble he was standing on. They both looked at the battle when Blues cried out in pain and was hit to the side by the giant monster spider.

Enzan tried to rush to his aid but found that his strength was rapidly fleeting him. “Damn,” he cursed.

“The paralyzation should take place soon,” it hissed. “But I won’t give you that chance, you die now!”

“Yeah right,” Netto yelled and ran over with the flame thrower. “Back off,” she yelled.

“What the hell are you doing?” Enzan snapped.

“Saving your life… again,” Netto added.

“I just saved you!” Enzan yelped at her.

Netto turned on the flamethrower to full blast and scorched the poor animal so that it lost power and fell over. Then without even giving it time to recover she used her one and only finishing attack on it so that it disappeared. Around them the remains of the web vanished. Then she turned around to face Enzan, hands on hips, “Let me set something straight here. You didn’t save me; you just accelerated a process I had under control.”

Enzan opened his mouth but Netto cut him off, “Also, Mr. ‘I can save you’ I just also defeated the bad guy. So I don’t know where the hell you got the idea that I need you, but you’re dead wrong.”

Enzan narrowed his eyes, “I don’t like you,” he hissed.

“Feeling’s mutual, playboy,” she snapped.

“WHAT?” Enzan yelled.

Blues sighed and Nova laughed in spite of herself. “All right you two, Sailor Stardust, bear with me here but you need to save his life,” she said.

Netto crossed her arms, “As if,” she sniffed. “You do it.”

“I can’t, only you can,” Nova said.

“You can heal?” Enzan asked. “Why didn’t you say anything about it before?”

“Like hell I knew that?” Netto snapped back. He glanced at Nova, “Fine, what do you need me to do?”

“Just concentrate on it, it should come to you,” she said.

Netto eyed her, “Yeah, just like everything else has come to me, right?” she asked.

Nova shrugged, “You think too hard, dear,” she said.

Enzan began to feel woozy and he lost all feeling as he fell backwards. Blues caught him and looked at the arguing girl and cat, “Can someone help him before he dies?” he asked.

Netto crossed her arms, “He still has about ten hours,” she sniffed.

“Now!” Nova snapped.

“All right, all right,” Netto said and looked at Enzan. “But I’m not saving his life again, got it?”

Enzan smirked at her weakly, “Like I’d give you a chance.”

Netto stuck her tongue out at him and held his arm. “This where the spider bit you?” she asked.

Enzan grimaced in pain and she touched his arm and Netto sighed, “All right, guess this is it.”

Blues raised an eyebrow but didn’t say anything.

Netto looked at the wound and tried to think of something that would help her heal it. The only thoughts that crossed her mind were ‘I feel stupid’ and ‘Nothing is happening.’

“Hello?” Nova asked.

“I’m trying,” Netto snapped. “It’s not like this is super easy you know. Like I can wave my hand over the wound and it will heal.” She said while waving her hand over his arm to demonstrate. Just then a soft glow appeared around her hand and around where the wound in Enzan’s arm presumably was under the coat and sleeve. It pulsated a few times then vanished. “That was incredibly stupid,” Netto muttered.

“Well you obviously thought it was going to work because that was the key to unlocking the power,” Nova said matter of factly.

Netto sneered elegantly at her and stood up. He eyed Blues who was picking up the unconscious Enzan, “Don’t expect any more favors,” she said and turned around to walk away.

“As you wish ma’am,” Blues said.

“And don’t call me that,” Netto said exasperatedly.

“What shall I call you then?” Blues asked.

Netto began to walk away, “I don’t know, make something up. But ma’am, stardust and lady are out of the question.”

Blues raised and eyebrow and turned around to walk away. “As you wish, miss.”

He heard a scoff behind him but when he turned around to peak at them, they were both gone. “Interesting comrades, Enzan-sama…” he said softly.

Netto returned to his house as quietly as he possibly could. He got as far as the kitchen before Saito jumped from behind the counter and tacked him. “Where were you?” he asked.

“Out…” Netto said slowly.

“For two hours?!” Saito asked. “Netto, what were you doing?”

“Nothing I could tell you that you would believe,” Netto sighed and pushed Saito away from him.

Saito eyed Netto’s arm and turned it over. “You’re hurt,” he murmured as he looked at the shallow scratch on Netto’s forearm.

Netto pulled his hand away. “So?”

Saito picked up Netto’s arm and brushed it, “You need to bandage this you know,” he said with a smile.

“You aren’t going to ask anything?” Netto asked him.

Saito shook his head, “You’ll tell me when you’re ready,” he sighed. “Just, promise me you’ll be more careful?”

Netto blinked, then nodded, “Sure Saito, whatever you say.”

Saito grinned and pulled Netto upstairs so he could disinfect Netto’s wound and bandage it.

“Amazing how the other child can make him do anything,” Nova sighed. “I doubt he listens to anyone else.”

“Blues?” Enzan asked upon waking up in his own bed.

“Yes, Enzan-sama?” Blues asked from his perch next to Enzan.

“Did she save me?”

Blues sighed, “Yes, Enzan-sama.”

“Damn.”

Moral of the story: Never under any circumstances let Netto, Enzan or Blues near flamethrowers.

Oh, and Netto doesn't like being rescued. >3

I'll admit it--when I was reading this, I burst out in laughter, which merited a cold stare from the other people in the room. It did not matter.

Wow. I seriously did not think that the story could not have gotten any more ridiculous than you have it set up in the previous chapter. I obviously was proved wrong. Many satires use very subtle humor, while yours simply pokes directly at the topic without beating around the bush, so to speak. This chapter was simply laugh-out-loud funny and very effective. A very engaging read. Fantastic job.

Heheheheheh. No matter what universe, Rock-kun is still the only one able to get Netto-kun to do something. I like the whole "Enzan's the one who needs rescuing" thing; it's such a nice turnaround from normal magical girl stories. ^_^
