Uhh, dude, you could stop breaking the rules. You're my age, and it seems that you don't have any self control, so just grow up.
Back on topic, I played Lunar Legends for GBA, and it was really good. I'm pleased to hear that they're making a second game, even if it occurs before the other one before it. Luckily, I'm one of the people that has a DS, and will most likely buy this game when I get a chance. And as you said, Aqua, Dyne wasn't the first Dragonmaster, he was called by some as "The Last Dragonmaster", but of course, anyone that played Lunar Legend would know that isn't true... For those of you viewing this topic, and haven't played these games before, I highly recommend you check out the Lunar games once you have a chance, as they are enjoyable, and not too dificult. |

Bah, that reminds me of the fact that I still don't have Eternal Blue Complete...;.; While I'm not getting any of the next gen consoles (handheld and otherwise) anytime soon, this game'll probably edge out the DS over the PSP for me. _________________ Hmm... Defenestration is such a fun word. |

Ok, so maybe I'm not missing out on anything by not playing Lunar Legend. Still, I'm a Lunar fan and I should have as many games of this series as I can. Besides, my disk 1 of Lunar 1 is broken, so it could have been my Lunar 1 fix.

That's too bad. Lunar 2 is almost every bit as good as Lunar 1 IMO. Lunar 1 is slightly better because of....certain "cutscenes" and the music is slightly better IMO. But just as Lunar 1 is my favorite RPG of all time, Lunar 2 is my second favorite of all time. I hope you can get your hands on it eventually. |

I own both EBC and LL and though Lunar Legend is easier(l once spent three whole days and beat it on the third day.)
[spoil:ee7b075932] But l have beaten the Black fiend in Lunar 2 EBC by equipping angel rings(this time on three characters), and making sure that Jean was able to cast White dragon protect to stop the mp reducing attack.
[spoil] Dyne A.K.A Laike wasn't the last dragonmaster, it was dragonmaster Alex who was the last dragonmaster.
[spoil] Think EBC's Borgan is a pushover, his Eternal blue counterpart wasn't due to gravity bomb. [/spoil:ee7b075932] |

So, Hiro never became a Dragon Master? That seems wrong... Oh, and I made it to the final master of EBC, but my friend's disk is majorly screwed, hence, why I know not of the ending... |

[spoil:5efecd102a]Nope. Alex is the last Dragonmaster, unless you count Ghaleon in L2:EBC. Alex is the last "official" Dragonmaster.[/spoil:5efecd102a]
Man, I hate Borgan. After what he's done, I think he got off way too easy after he was defeated. |

Um, what exactly is Lunar? I've heard of the series before, but I really don't know what the games are about. Could somebody give me just a brief explanation of what the series is about? Being an RPG fan, I'm kinda interested in the game. |

Lunar is great RPG with lots of animated cutscense, well done music, some of the best characters I'v seen in any RPG, and a great balance of comedy, action, romance, and a bit of religion (the story's religion). It's also got neat extras like bromides (artwork work of the games female characters), a CD containing 24 tracks of the games wonderful music, a "Making of Lunar" CD, and a hard bound booklet with interviews with the staff and illustrations.
The story is about a young boy who sets out on a quest to become a Dragonmaster like his Idol. A Dragonmaster is the personal bodygaurd of the goddess and has met and aquired the power of the four Dragons. He ends up having to achive this dream in order to save his best friend. Lunar 2: Eternal Blue is the sequel set 1000 years later and goes deeper into the history of the world of Lunar. It also contains extras.
Lunar is such a great RPG series, that simply calling it "Mad awesome" wouldn't do it justice. Unfortunately, trying to locate a copy of either is like trying to locate a great conditioned copy of MMX1 for $30. -_- If you don't have a copy of either game by now, you're pretty much out of luck unless you're willing to try ebay. Though 3 years ago I saw about 2 or 3 copies of L2:EBC in Circuit City. |
