Please do not even mention roms in any shape or form. If you knew it was bad to do so then why did you say it? .-. Please, just don't do it again. ^^; _________________

You are able to obtain the AntiDmg F chip from the Green Mystery Data in End Area 5 when you have the portal leading from Nebula 3 to Nebula 4 open. You then trade your new prize to a the navi in the Helmet Comp (End City) and voila! |

Er...There's no other way to encounter Forte XX other than cheating/using an E-Card. SO you probably had something enabled with an E-Card cheat/thingy. :O There's no other way, trust me, I've tried so many times. ^_^ _________________ all i ever wanted was the world |

No, that's not true... well, unless you try it for yourself. I have the japenese ToB cart, and my little shrimp of a brother was able to encounter Forte XX in Nebula Hole 6 on a random encounter after beating LoC Forte, but it was just a one time deal... and why use an E-Reader, that thing's so dead. -.- Oh, only cheaters use cheatcodes when they give up too easily. I'm a true fan, never cheat :D , excepet my little brother. -_-; |

:eyes: Nope.... never had used cheats, except using a cheat for Colonel Soul to use in ToB. I've done some testing after reading your post myself, and I found one other way of encountering Forte XX without using the "Dead-in-the-US" E-Reader crap...
Located on the boards on GameFAQs.com, I used the codebreaker cheat that changes Rock into Knight Soul once you enter a random virus battle in Nebula Hole 6, and it gives a random (very random) encounter with Forte XX. I'd show pics, but then I'll get in trouble so I'm gonna drop this discussion about Forte XX. It'll be for the best...
ANYWAY..... been wondering about the Nebula Holes. Once all of them are open, the virus levels increase to its highest. Is there any sort of way to get most of the high leveled chips without "upgrading" the viruses. For example: Getting the series of TankCan1/2/3 deleting only Ver1 of the Tank virus. Is it even possible, cause I've beaten ToB, and I'm in the fifth senario on ToC. _________________ ForteZero ~ The White Shadow

Not that I know of. The Nebula Holes are the only LEGITIMATE way to upgrade the levels of the naturally occurring viruses. Thus, the level 3 chip of a series cannot be dropped regularly, and one must get lucky with the 10CT.
However, take a look at this post I gleaned from another source...
Lord Yawgmoth wrote: | MegaVirus is a NCP that, when installed, will act as if you already have one NebulaGate opened. It will make it so that all of the viruses that you fight will be a level higher than they normally would. (version 1s would be version 2's and version 2's would be version 3's) Please note that this would "stack" with any open Nebula Holes and that it would not do anything if you already have them both opened, as the highest level of virus that you can fight is a version 3.
GigaVirus is a NCP that does almost the exact same thing as it's brother with one little change. Instead of it boosting the level of the virus by one, this NCP will boost it by two. Please also note that while it does "stack" with any open Nebula Holes, it will not raise the virus level to anything above level 3.
IIRC, neither of these NCP's can be obtained legitamitely (in-game without the aid of a cheating device), so if you were hoping to find one, you would be out of luck. As for any codes to obtain the two of them, I do not know any.
Also, I do happen to know what the shape of the NCP is (credit to Zidanet_129), though I do not happen to know what color it is. Both of them are the same size.
Here is the shape:

This NCP exists just like the way Hidden Palace and Wood Zone in Sonic The Hedgehog 2. The developers firstly made them, but then there were some changes and took them out. They didn't delete them out because it's easier to handle the data in ROM this way. I bet if we looked into the BN games, we'd find loads of stuff that "didn't make it" as well. _________________ SPOILER:

Of course that's how we learn about these games. We hack everything out of it. Then we study it. |

I suggest using whatever folder you have at the moment. Pack lots of Invises and other defense chips, and a LifeSword is good too.
Remember to use Gyro Soul, and stand three squares away from the back rank of CloudMan so your charged shot does optimal damage. _________________ Today, these three players are after Big Bucks! Ahh. Classic. This is done COMPETELY from memory, so bear with me.
Turn 1:
GyroMan first. Get the ? panel and go to the right side, liberate the item panel, and get your +3 Order Points.
ProtoMan wideswords the middle three squares to allow access to the hole.
MegaMan LongSwords up to the hole. You could have liberated the hole on turn 1, but the +3 Order points are more important.
MagnetMan kills the enemy.
Turn 2:
MagnetMan clears the hole.
GyroMan proceeds to the lone Item panel towads the right edge past the 1 blocks and liberates the panel. That gets Barrier Key1.
ProtoMan Wideswords the three panels in the next dark block.
MegaMan liberates the LEFT panel in the following row of three. If you're gutsy, try to liberate the center in the row of three in one turn. Saves you a step.
Turn 3:
GyroMan flies to the top area, and liberates so that he can get to the central item panel.
MagnetMan clears the right panel--two away from where MegaMan liberated last turn. (If necessary--if path is clear, skip this step.)
ProtoMan goes to the strip between the holes, and Wideswords the left one--the one that has an item in it. If done correctly, both holes will be open for attack on the following turn.
MegaMan Longswords a path to the area where GyroMan is now--to bring him relief and backup should the need arise.
Turn 4:
GyroMan gets Barrier Key2 in the middle of the upper portion of dark panels.
MagnetMan takes out a hole.
MegaMan takes out the other before proceeding beyond the 2 blocks.
ProtoMan wideswords the next area to open it up for attack.
Turn 5:
GyroMan liberates the panel in front of the hole, exposing it to attack.
MagnetMan Liberates the hole, leaving CloudMan vulnerable.
ProtoMan wideswords the row in front of CloudMan.
MegaMan delivers the coup de grace.
Five turns...though I am SURE I missed something. Usually a six-turn liberation. Plenty of time. I hope this helps. I think you have to kill a TinHawk somewhere around turn 4...so that may delay you to the sixth turn. I'm not sure when, though.
Of course, the advice is up to you whether to use or not. You could possibly create one that bests my strategy. _________________ Today, these three players are after Big Bucks! To reach Nebula Area 5, you need to unlock the doors in Nebula Area 4 in which they require you to have 40 Megachips in your library (not including secret mega chips) and the door that requires the standard chip section of your libray to be full. |

Actually it is in Nebula Area 6, in cloudman´s liberation mission in the Nebula Area, and in the green mystery datas in End area 3 and Undernet 2 (you need all Nebula holes open to find it in the green mystery datas). _________________ *insert something here* |
