I've played Cave Story. It's really fun. But I played it without the english patch, because when I downloaded it, the patch had not been update to work with version 1006.
And now since the patch has been updated, I can play it in english =x |

Not really. XD There's only a few that I can find, and I forgot where... There's a couple of guides that I know about the items and stuff.

I've beaten it, and I was going through a Hard Mode game, but got distracted and sidetracked by something else.
It's really good though, I recommend anyone who hasn't played it to do so. The music in a few areas is just great... <_<
