Most of the people that do summaries here don't know Japanese, from what I've seen. Why's this one any different? A majority of the series doesn't even require Japanese-fluency to actually understand anyway.
When it gets down to the nitty-gritty details of dialogue and such, then that's when it's neccessary for a Japanese-speaker to come in and fill in the gaps of the summary... which usually happens and HAS been happening for as long as these summaries have been written on the board. Otherwise, most of the summary is going to simply consist of battle notes, chip usage, henshins, etc.
Besides, this episode was mainly combat anyway, so it's not really a good example of the point you're arguing. The only real part of this episode that would need some Japanese knowledge is when Slur reveals Duo's plans, but even then, it's obvious that Netto's time limit to prove Earth is good has simply run out.
I don't think you're actually trying to fight against the validity of people's summaries along this forum, though. It sounds like you simply have a personal problem with LgacyDX and/or RockmanRotties. If that's the case... mind to handle it in PMs? It'd certainly tickle my fancy, at least.

Sparkman made a reeeeally brief appearance. No one really killed him or anything. Meijin and Kifune were watching the events over the monitor, and I'm pretty sure Sparkman was the only shot they showed. He just stood there, electrifying stuff for a second. A shame that we didn't get to see him get sliced apart into a pudding-y goo of deletion like the rest of the Asteroid Army.

I hope that slur is just defeated but not destoryed by the hands of forte..this way slur can be kinda like bass travveling and only striking when need not to mention also taking the ulitmate programs from the heroes

Bah dont listin to josu you did a really good job on the summary and for me I love long detailed summarys ^_^. Besides I dont really know japanese but I kinda got a feeling of whats going on but Crimsion is right to. Anyways now to get back on topic I cant wait to see this episopde along with 47 as well. There was lots of fighting and action heh my kind of episode although I was confused at some parts. So can can anybody tell me how good the animation was or was it the lazy freezeframe thing.

Yes, Tesla sequence! This means that we have every sequence...except R Colonel, but then again we haven't seen an R Colonel because Barrel is in the past but with a standard PET @_@. Eh maybe they'll bring him into the future and create some weird paradox X3
Can't wait to see this episode :D

| Really? I was getting the feeling they were going to save Burnerman and Sparkman for Beast. In case they don't have many villians to work with from exe.6, and would have been redundant in Stream anyway. |

I think it is your opinion. I like people to thanks because I do thanks people for Naruto raws every time. Nothing is wrong with that. Matter of fact, thanks is a wonderful thing. I must disagree with you. It is a good thing to tell people thank you, man. It is to make you feel good about yourself and anybody else.
