LOL, who knows who they are going to kill next...once it isnt athrun or kira, mwu died once already but i think this time he could stand up to an energy blast in that gundam...

They're important characters, but they're not the main ones. The main characters of Seed Destiny are Athrun and Shinn. They've been the focus characters in the series for most of the episodes. Unfortunately, the old crew started showing up more than they should, gradually pushing ZAFT's redcoats out of the spotlight.

Akatsuki isnt a Gundam because nobody classifies it as a Gundam. Its just a MS that was ALMOST a Gundam like Char's Hyaku Shiki.

Which is the same start up as the first gundam's at the begining of seed so Technically doesnt that classify it as a Gundam

that is what i thought, strike rouge also doesnt have the conotation gundam at the end but we all know it is just a pink copy of the original strike.

The Strike Rouge is actually built from parts from the Strike, it has a difference in phase shift frequency that give it the redish pink coloring and its name. But the difference can be corrected and it will look like the Strike once more.

I'm of the sort, who believes that Akatsuki is a Gundam. Now, why it's not officially labelled a Gundam is beyond me, but if it looks like a Gundam, it shapes like a Gundam, and it spells "G.U.N.D.A.M." on the display screen like a Gundam, then it's a Gundam.

Goddammit, 47 was another freaking recap. What kind of moron director puts a recap at the 4th to last episode of a show. As of now I am giving up on Destiny. I'll watch the end just to finish it but I no longer like it any more. This series had such potential only to be ruined by an incomptent director and writing staff. Here's to hoping for another SEED series with a new staff that can actually write stories and spen money wisely.

Eps 47 seems like a waste of time up until near the last 5 mins, in all my years of watching gundam I dont think there was one that had so many different units that were poorly underused, and just brought into the series as a cash cow...this is so sad, there was basically a replacement suit for almost every single suit in seed and then like 5 others, i am not even going to try to justify why meer got her own episode...

There is no justification as to why they would waste some critical episodes on Meer. I really think the writer is a fool to do so. well i hope it has a conclusion they might throw us a curve ball and end it without a cliffhanger either forcing us to buy a dvd or something maybe hoping for a new sequel to finish it. with all the backstory they gave us you figure they had 70 episodes to play around with or a Gundam Seed Destiny: Clan Destine the movie :stonecube:
