How is 2000 and 1050 concidered a cheat? That amount of HP is possible in the game without cheats. |

I'm saying that if you CHEAT to raise your HP, even by 50, you're cheating and I think that's wrong. I'm very much aware that there are HP+ programs for the navi customizer. I used them for the recent tournament to put mysef at around 2300 HP.
If you use your customizer for non-HP+ programs and then use a cheat device to raise your HP, that's wrong.

I believe that cheating is ok on certain terms. I beat BN5 both versions but only cheated in Team Protoman, even still, the only reason I did was to just see what was behind most of the Nebula area doors. I don't ever plan to cheat in Team Colonel. I don't believe in using cheats to hack health and stats. Even in BN3, I didn't cheat til I beat the game, and trust, that was hard enough with only a max health of 317. Thats why I get both versions, one is my cheat game just to see what happens in the hidden areas, and the other one is my multiplayer, work on everything, be fair game.

Well, my hp is 2548, doubled if I unequip SaitoBat. There's an option right before you link battle that says E-mods: On/Off. So I switch it off when I link battle, unless the other person has cheated or wants me to use them. Doing so brings my HP back to the normal amount without E-Mods. I do have another folder reserved for turning of E-mods temporarily for link battles.

BN5DT it is(apparently), [spoil:aea617857d] if you have the Bass symbol
on BN5:TC/TP[and pop it in] you'll have FRC,and if for
whatever you were wondering,by putting in Boktai 3

As for the cheating for unobbtainables, fine by me,
as long as they are not used in multiplayer.Especially, FCR
because [spoil:aea617857d]CoA translated the scene between
bass and Megaman before you fight Bass V1 which is only accable only with FCR on[/spoil:aea617857d]
