How to find Laserman megachip after I defeat him at Asteroid Comp ?? I want to combine his megachips with Shademan's !!!?.. Laughing

Find his set area place. After you defeat that form, he'll randomly appear in his SP form in that area. 9-S rank him for his SP chip.

To add on to what Sai has said--

The set appearance is in Undernet5, "in the square from the path at the far back of Under5."

It also helps to know that you should bust in less then 30 seconds to secure a 9 at worst. Obviously, the higher your rank, the better.

There will also be a mystery data, try not to get it killed, unless you already got the one from fighting Shademan and don't want another one. But don't make it a top priorety because you can always fight him more than once.
