Thos are the people who contain the crest of Duo

No, after Regal does the whole glowy hand thing, it is seen that the crest is still on Yuriko's hand when she falls down.

All crests were stolen, remember the crests shine then disappear in everyone else in the previous episodes.

I'm not sure if their crests were stolen, or if they were just scanned for neccessary data. Wily mentions his research containing data about Barrel's crest from 20 years ago, which Regal got ahold of. When Netto asks about the data, Wily doesn't know where it is. It could be that Regal is just collecting all of the pieces of the puzzle to figure out Duo's power.
I do not believe Regal holds an actual crest on his hand. The dude's not even human anymore. :P

| I think the movie is coming out before Episode 51, so any of the people who bought the movie (and will hopefully make a summary or provide some info) will find out the details of Regal. |

| I think after Barrel's funeral Chaud was telling Lan about how he wanted to stay in Amerope to do some investigation on what was happening with them in the earliest part of the whole "story" for Stream...although I'm probably wrong, as usual. |

Enzan decides to stay in Ameroupe to protect it, simple as that. He orders Netto to return back to Japan so their country will have someone to watch over it as well. When Enzan makes the decision to stay in Ameroupe, he's branded by Duo.

All country have croos fusion member I think. About regal i think now he was digitalised before the movie because in a movie trailer Colonel slash one of the humanoïd creature of the episode 47. Or maybe it was one sort of psycho-transmittion. Or the digitalisation wa part of his plan for invade Duo Asteroid all by himself. The end is near so we will know if i am right.
