Or you could think of her most legendary role, Lina Inverse from Slayers, if you wanna make yourself feel better about it. I don't mind their pick for Chopper, but Robin got a PERFECT dub voice. |

Exactly. Veronica's "May" voice with a southern accent.

The accent must be pretty heavy. A slight southern accent I wouldn't mind, but if she sounds like she's from 1850's Georgia...

i do believe they give robin a southern accent cause of the hat. tricky. :D
but i can hardly wait till they premier ace in one piece.
Ace is like luffy sometimes funnier. get this
[spoil:a6fd6961ec]at one point in alabasta, they taught he was dead cause he feel asleep in the conversation. and all this while talking and eating, Ace key move is KAgerou...or Fire fist. Fire Fist Ace is what he is called. he shoots fire from his fist and sank 5 ships in one hit. plus he can go toe to toe with smoker...smoke vs fire :D [/spoil:a6fd6961ec]

exactly. they both are funny and never give up. one time they actually are wrestled for fun. nobody won. their face both turn red.
luffy cant beat smoker thou i know one day he will find a way to beat smoker but i really want smoker be part of the crew :D that would be awesome

The MAY voice? HARDLY. Robin sounds more like Jody Summer from F-Zero, one of Veronica's best character roles. And to be honest, the accent she got really isn't that bad at all. It's very light, not extremely heavy like many of the other characters, and sometimes it doesn't even sound like it's THERE.
Also, I just unlocked Chopper in the video game, he sounds adorable X3 They pitched his voice down a bit so he actually sounds VERY similiar to his japanese counterpart. |
