Laser Soul V2, and DS.

His name is Atarashii Karuu. ^_^ Atarashii means "Recent", "New", or "Fresh" in Japanese, and I have a reason exlaining why! He is also a DarkSoul/DarkChip scientist, and is a General for Nation X.

1: He created the "DarkChip Revolution", AKA the DarkChip V2.
2: He has spiffy clothes.
3: He looks younger than he actually is.

He also has been friends with Dr. Regal ever since they were kids. And, they even keep in touch to this day.

So, does it all sound good? Now, here's a picture I drew of him. I made it on MS paint, and it took about 2 hours and a half.

Your Rockman.EXe fan character almost looks like Edward Elric from FMA (with the hair, that is). Anyway, you did a great a job!

I also revamped a manga picture, I believe it was the picture that was for the opening of Chapter 2 in Vol 8. I'm too lazy to color the white lines in... Or try to find out where the missing parts of his helmet are.

I never thought of that.... XD I can't draw Darth V., though.... I tried before last year, everyone thought it was good, but I didn't think so.
