I just finsihed watching this Amazing movie, Amazing is the only was to put it, i loved it...
The Battles were done great.
And when [spoil:aa6bd22ed0]Cloud Battled Septhroth[/spoil:aa6bd22ed0] Couldn't leave the screen for a second.
I found when his cell phone rang the battle winning theme, it was pretty funny.
Has anyone esle seen this yet??
I Also thought they did all the characters from the game great!

I'm still waiting for someone else to sub it. Although, I do want to see Yuffie to see in full action as soon as possible. Oh yeah, the plot, from the bits I've gathered, really seems to suck. :o

Yes it's the Japanese version. I haven't seen it, but it's downloading right now on my computer. can't wait to see it.

I'll wait until It's subbed in English to pass final Judgement on Advent Children. From what I saw it was. . . okay. Some things confused me, such as [spoil:8c72d83cb6]Tseng still being alive[/spoil:8c72d83cb6] and the way [spoil:8c72d83cb6]Sephiroth was brought back in seemed rather lame and tacked on, like he was brought in just for the sake of being there. Especially since after what seemed to be a long and difficult battle, Cloud just Omnislashes him into oblivion with ease.[/spoil:8c72d83cb6]

[spoil:8c72d83cb6]One thing I'm mostly disappointed about is how Tifa and Cloud are the only two characters who don't feel like they're there just because they have nothing better to do. It was great seeing the entire team gather together to take on Bauhamut Sin, but you never once get that team dynamic that made them an entertaining bunch in FF7 when they're all together. Aside from throwing Cloud at Bauhamut, they just don't seem to really do anything.[/spoil:8c72d83cb6]

I also don't really like the aesthetic of the movie. Sure, it's pretty, but to me it was rather obvious that Square was cutting some corners to keep the CG looking realistic while minimalizing effort. Everything just looks so dull and gray and washed out, like the skies are constantly overcast or something. Yes, considering the kind of place Midgar is, that makes sense, but that doesn't automatically mean it looks GOOD. (And I still don't like the new outfits for any of the characters, really.)

To Advent Children's credit [spoil:8c72d83cb6]they don't bring Aeris back to life[/spoil:8c72d83cb6] and the conclusion is a bit more satisfying than FF7's which wasn't really a conclusion, the game just STOPPED.

I have seen a Sub of it and it liked it.... The battle scenes were great and [spoil:efd1e36c5c]Sephiroths last words make me think there might be a sequel... I was Glad to see Rufes Back... i always liked him and the turks were pretty funny to watch[/spoil:efd1e36c5c]
[spoil:efd1e36c5c]also about Tseng i remember hearing they never actually said that he died... he just vanished after the temple of the Ancients .... in the pc version elena says that she wanted to get cloud back for messing him up... not killing him[/spoil:efd1e36c5c]

Just saw it. If I could give it a rating, it'd get a 8.5/10 for me =D [spoil:44307361dd]The reason I give it a great score like that is because it felt kinda rushed like how Kadaj turned into Sephiroth instantly after Clouds attack, I was hoping him to experience some pain transforming. Storyline is kinda hard to understand since it was barely explained by Kadaj. Though the rest is good especially the great action. =D[/spoil:44307361dd]

My opinion;

-Story sucked, but it ended better than FFVII did.
-The battles rocked, hardcore.
-[spoil:4ea94b6f4e]Bahamut Sin[/spoil:4ea94b6f4e] looked like something I've seen in my throw up once...
-Vincent's part was kinda small, but he played it badass.
-Shoutarou was the best voice actor there >.>; (Extremely biased).
-[spoil:4ea94b6f4e]Sephiroth was just thrown in for fanservice and wasn't even truely important to the story >.>;.[/spoil:4ea94b6f4e]
-Cid kicked ass.
-Kadaj and his cronies can FIGHT.
-Reno and Rune, however, cannot. But they were amusing, none-the-less.
-How the hell is [spoil:4ea94b6f4e]Rufus[/spoil:4ea94b6f4e] alive?

It's worth a watch. I'm buying it when it comes out, too : o.
