So everyone here liked it huh? That's good. I'm alittle suprised they left some of the pervyness in there. You know some people hated it but you can't please everyone all the time I guess.

I finally got to saw them, and they're not bad at all. Certainly not one of the the most well-produced dubs I've seen, but definitely no where near the other end of the spectrum.

So far I don't have a complaint about any of the voices. It's great that Naruto actually sounds like a kid, which you don't always get. It'll be great to watch the next episode to hear more Sakura & Sasuke (which the pronounced Sas-kay!).

Probably my biggest complaint would be changing the opening & ending. I really don't see a need for it. But it's pretty minimal.

BTW, anyone notice in the ending clips, when they show Sakura (the clips taken from the second opening, Haruka Kanata)...her hair is long instead of short, like the original.. It's kinda funny they bothered to change that.

Actually her hair was long for the first few eps the used that opening. Then was changed starting with the ep after she cut it.

only thing i don't like is the opening and ending....actually i dislike the opening more but its just my personal opinion i give it...

I'm not a big fan of the new opening and ending either, but eh.

Overall, I thought it was pretty good. The voices seem to be good fits. I'm surprised they kept in the -sensei and terms like "genin" and "jonin," since in Shonen Jump it became "Master [name]," "junior ninja," and "journeyman" [at least in the earlier issues, not too sure about the new ones]. It sounds like they tried to stay faithful to the Japanese pronunciations [yay SAK-ra instead of Sa-KOO-ra], but somehow it sounded kind of stiff/odd at times. That might be because I'm so used to the Japanese version, though. -_-;

Yeah, the voice actors seemed to stumble over the japanese words every once in awhile but I personally loved the dub. I saw the preview for next week and I wasn't fond of the way Naruto said "Sakura" espically because he says "Sakura-chan" so cutely in the anime.

And you can totally tell they edited out the blood, like in Rurouni Kenshin XD

other then that, I have to say I'm gonna be watching this as often as I can. Go Naruto~

Today I talked to my friend he hated it. He goes "They screwed it up, it pronounced Ho-kage not ho-ka-gee. Plus, they changed it to Sexy Jutsu and not Ninja Centerfold, and the voices suck." Guess you just can't please fans of the original version...

They did a decent job dubbing it. It didn't surprised me that they changed Ninja Centerfold to sexy jutsu, but they left the Ninja Harem almost the same, they just dropped the ninja from it which isn't that bad.

It is kinda odd hearing them say sensai, and stuff like that in a US dub. Oh well I think Naruto sounds odd, but of course that is because all of the US dub voices for boys are usually adult sounding.

The part I didn't like was when Naruto used the Ninja Centerfold on the Hokage, he fell over and then you see him wiping something off from under his nose. It made no real sense they should of kept the nose bleed in so him wiping the blood away would make sense.

its normal however. those who saw the original tend not to like the dub version. the voice is fine with me. i am pretty much happy they keeped the bgm :D

It was pretty lame they removed the blood in the nosebleed scenes after the Sexy no Jutsu. :/

Naruto's voice bothered me throughout both episodes, everyone elses' was alright, I suppose.

My Dad watched it with me, and I got the feeling that he liked it Smile

. I also got the feeling the dub was closer to the original then the dubbed manga, so I will enjoy watching it. I say this because in the manga, things that happen can be not so clear and become confusing.

Also, I liked the voice acting, even if they pronounced things differently from what I would have said. Hey, maybe I was saying it worng Laughing

I agree that the kids don't need to sound like 34 year-old men.

Correct. He knew that Sexy no Jutsu was the original name, but he goes by the manga version and calls it Ninja Centerfold. That's his main reason for hating the series, which is pretty stupid if you ask me.
