Are they just sending you the CD-Key or are they sending you the Install CD w/CD-Key? if i were you i would check my E-Mail to see if they sent the CD-Key and make sure they you dont have E-Mail Blockers on.

The Account name is not the name you will be playing under its just the login name for your account when you load the game there will be a option to change your name from "Player" and yeah i didn't get the CD ether but i did get the CD-Key and thats all that matters because you can install the game right off of Stream if you have the game Registered on your account.
