When boredom in video games strikes!

What do you do when you're bored?

I love AI vs. AI battles in Advance WArs DS

Right now I've started a very long battle between hachi, colin, Colin, and Hachi on glory Islands, no forces, random weather...

I wonder how long this will take... last battle like this lasted from 7 last night Pacific, to 1 PM today...

Me? I love to set up all Comp battles on SSBM. Unfortunately, they tend to take awhile, so halfway through the battle I'm thinking to myself "Why the heck did I start this? I'm so tired of watching these computerized idiots (and the computer does tend to be a bit stupid, even at level 9. Calmly waltzing into sensor bombs, anyone?), I'm about ready to get back into the fighting." Now that I think about it, it DOES get me in the mood to keep playing. I guess it works then. o_o

Oo, that and something else. In Starcraft and Warcraft, you can order units to go on patrol, where they'll wander back and forth between their starting position and the spot where you mark endlessly seeking out enemies. So what I love to do is gather a whole mess of units together, then order them to patrol to different parts of the map. The more units wandering criss-cross across the map, the more amusing. XD

And listening to unit "annoyed" quotes. Thank the gaming gods for Blizzard's wacky sense of humor: "Yes, the spirits are talking to me. *fart* Oh yes, they're coming in clearly. *fart* Now they're forming into a gaseous material. *fart* I can actually see them now. *fart* The spirits are very powerful today."

I go play PSO and kill random n00b spammers. Or I'll hack SSBM and make a computer match on Final Destination with no items, Giga Bowser versus 3 Sandbags ^^ They do the funniest stuff. It's like watching Jackass or Viva La Bam, Smash Bros version.

When I'm bored I make a 2-on-2 battle in SSB,with Team Attack on and no healing items. Then,just sit back and watch.

In AW2,well,it'd be better if there was an A.I vs A.I mode,but there isn't... >_< (Must...get..Dual Strike...!)

In Yu Yu Hakoshu Spirit Detective for GBA, I'll just poof around as Hiei.

In SSBM, I like to hold the "Pichu dancing session" which is just running around on training mode, doing random things.

In Pokemon games, I go around trying to catch other people's pokemon

Me, on a really BIG boredom problem I dig up old games and play it, today I was using the original GB, and since my gba is broken(look at the corruption topic) I just go with pkmn yellow to mess with missingno. and 0 Error

Actually, got so bored in Xenosaga Episode 1: Der Wille Zur Macht when you have to take the curry tray to commander Cherenkov, and I ran around the Elsa with the tray, spinning, and faking that I was smashing people with it. "TAKE YOUR CURRY UNGRATEFUL MAN!!!.... And why are you pointing a gun at Kos-Mos service module?"

Yeah, I get pretty bored in games, like SSBM, I pwn them nooblets. I need a real challenge. And in Counter-Strike it's just like, I turn the corner and BOOM! HEADSHOT! They turn the corner, it's like BOOM! HEADSHOT!

Well.... not really, but yeah. Games get boring after a while.

I'm also usually pwning n00bs on PSO, like my older bro, when he's not on. It's funny when a level 200 force (Hunewearl) megiding a level 17 ranger. HILARIOUS. Laughing

Oh, and, I'll go play Sonic the Hedgehog 2 for Sega, and go into debug mode. Tails acts like a moron, and you can magically become Super Sonic without beating the game.

The best boredom buster in exisitence( in my opinion) Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction. Smashing everything in sight is what is the most fun in that game.

When I'm bored...
I start on my Jak2 game (which I still haven't beaten yet) and walk around the city randomly shooting at innocent citizens. And if that gets boring, I whip out my MM Anniversary Collection and beat whatever levels I haven't.

Bored...That hardly happens, I use end up replaing librate missons over and over in BN5 ToC, or noob smash on Gunbound.

most of the time if I'm bored I look for fanfic though.

I actually fall asleep playing Need For Speed Underground 2.
I suddenly wake up to see myself in 4th place then go mad trying to catch up.(usually do)
