i heard about this game and i saw it's trailer and i'm really surprised it's doin well , i just wanna ask : why is this game good since it's just rolling a ball or something ?

can somone tell me cuz i might buy it :]

I own the oringal Katamari. It's good and all but it's very very short. I only got it when it was around $20. I might buy the second one when it comes down in price

People like it because it's fun, addicting, has a good soundtrack, and looks like drugs were involved in it's strange aperence. I want to play as well. (Hopes for a DS version.)

I don't know. I really don't. All my friend's are like "wtf all you do is roll a ball around?" but then they play, and they say "THIS IS THE BEST GAME EVAR!"

It's addicting. It's like drugs, except I'm doing them.

And the soundtrack's pretty fun too.

I'm hoping to get this game for Christmas. It's looks really fun.

Katamari = better than any drug ever, easily.

I mean come on, you roll things over and they SCREAM .... I bought the first one for no apparent reason, and I'm trying to collect every present before moving onto the next star to make. As someone once told me, it's the best $20 you can spend on a game.

I just borrowed the second one, and I can't wait to have... A FLAMING KATAMARI! Wooo! XD

Oh, and to Unknown Neo, rumor has it that there will be a DS version eventually. :D

The DS would work better then the PSP if the TGS reports are to be belived.
And I watched someone play it and it's increadibly fun to watch. There should be a DS version.

There are no reports of a DS version in the works. Until this can be confirmed, I'm lead to believe that whoever thinks it's going to be on the DS is on a very high dosage of illegal substances.

So far, there's 2 on the PS2 (Katamari Damachi and We Love Katamari) and the PSP of the original Katamari Damachi.

I was right. There are no plans for making a KD game for the DS. Even GameFAQs doesn't have a board for it. And IGN or 1up have no reports of such a port existing.

Acording to the report of the PSP version it'd be better on the DS. Because of the controls.

It's really that good?
I thought it looked kind of stupid. Then again, so did everyone else until they played it. Maybe I should rent it.
