No, Beast as in the new anime series after Stream.
I don't know what to think about it, considering I didn't follow Stream. I think there is a chance of less Cross Fusion though.

Well I for one think beast looks freaking awesome. Falzer and Greiga look awesome. As for the baby navi, I'm still holding out for a baby Slur. I highly doubt Rockman and Roll banged eachother. Excuse me if that was too blunt.

Faltzer and Greiga are, again, coolness. And now CGed coolness. Oooo... :D
It looks like we also get to see Rockman's Greiga Beast Out right from the first episode, which is gonna be something to look forward to.
The only let-down. Cross Fusion is STILL around. x_x Please Capcom, it was interesting for awhile, but now it's just old. Put it to rest already.

Millenium Chips? Why does that remind me of Yu-Gi-Oh! for some reason?  If Z-saber will be there, then maybe Zero.EXE will be there as well? :O As for some of the things I'm looking forward to in Beast: MegaMan's "little brother", Heat Soul, and Elec Soul. 
Hooray for the return of HeatMan!! This possibly means more screen time for the WWW!! YAY! :V

err, he was making a joke about Yu-Gi-Oh, so, yeah.
The little brother looks waay to much like Rockman to be related to Slur at all, so I'm going to go out on a limb here and say he's a support program like Rush created for Rockman.
