Plot holes in Stream *Stream & Movie Spoilers*

I was wondering what some of the plot holes were in stream, because I missed most of it anyway, like what questions are answered by the movie.

Like, I know that alot of people are saying that movie answers questions that stream left unanswered. What were those questions? From what ive seen of stream, it isn't that hard to understand.

The main question was what happened to Barrel's PET. The answer to that is, Barrel uses his own PET to stop a door from shutting down while he, Netto and Yuuichirou are escaping from Nebula Grey's tower. The door leaves a scar across Barrel's PET afterwards.

Also, the movie involves Forte quite a bit. The aura in which Forte shows during his final battle with Slur - comes from the fact that he absorbed the remnants of Nebula Grey in the end of the movie.

The movie also explains the basis of the Hikari Tadashi Program, Wily Program, and Spectrum, all of which come into the Stream plotline towards the end. Spectrum is basically turning something living or real, into a mass of data. This operation needs both the Wily and Hikari Tadashi Programs in order to work. In Stream, Wily uses these programs to send Barrel back to the future via the Spectrum process.

As for Regal, he was pretty much digitized at the end of Axess. He reappears for the first time in the movie, and becomes integrated with Nebula Grey. We never really see him die in the movie, even after he's defeated by Forte Cross Rockman. He just gets sucked into a big black hole - taking Forte with him (where we assume he absorbed the remnants of Nebula Grey).

Can't think of anything else. XP I'll be writing the full-length summary for the movie this week, with pretty screencaps to accompany along the way as viewers are reading. It took awhile to pick apart all the technical jumbo and sorts.

As for me, the only real big plothole I see in Stream is how the feck Barrel got ahold of a Progress PET, when he lives 20 years in the past. O_o;

Wow, that DOES explain a lot, thanks <3 At first I thought it would be something like, Barrel getting a Progress PET made when he visits the future or something, but I guess that was only done because of the commercialization of the toys. Still, the fact that Barrel was talking to Chaud's dad during the Shademan two-parter and he even pointed it out, did NOT help that at all...

I think I'll just go with the theory that just before Barrel settled down he dropped by the present, bought a progress pet, and sent it back to his past self.

One question....in the movie,is there any mention at all of Duo and Slur?
Slur looked shocked when Forte told her that he had absorbed the remaining Nebula Gray data...

Duo is never mentioned, and Slur only breifly every now and then. Usually when Forte is rambling.

He really just mentions how she pummeled him into the undernet. n.n; He meets up with Nebula Grey down there in the intro of the movie.

Ah, so then my theory about that being the Undernet from that thread long ago WAS right. Guess this was the first real time we ever see it.

Doesn't Barrel say something about how he's gone to the future a lot already? He's probably been plenty of times and picked up a Progress PET during one of his trips. (That plothole is probably one of those "assumed answers," kinda like how any of the Progress PET's features are supposed to work.)

Yeah, I assume Barrel's been working with Wily for quite some time. n.n; Since they're both stationed in Ameroupe during that time period.

I thought it was once said that someone fixed barrel's pet to work with the old network plugs?

No. Barrel had an attachment that he plugged into the old plugs. It has a sensor on it so that he could then use the new PET's infrared plug-in laser to plug-in.

Wow. Thats like my RP idea I had at school for an RP. Cool. I still don't know why Barrel has a Proggres PET.

Would Spectrum be what Yuuichiro used to create Rockman?

Well, remember at the end of Stream where Duo draws the Navis out? Meiru and Roll fused using a Rush Synchro Chip, so where was Rush? I assume that he's most likely still a chip in Meiru's PET, but still.

And since when did Yaito grow so tall? o_O Last time I checked, she was two heads shorter than Netto, and then by Axess she's only one head taller than her previous height.

Yes but you have to ask yourself, did they really need rush for that scene? And yai could have gotten a growth spurt. It might make her hotter to enzan so anetta doesn't get him.
