FCR means Forte Cross Rockman. It's basically Japan only for EXE5, it is obtainable in the English version of the DS game though. I don't know what other three letter abbreviations there are, maybe you could just list the ones that confuse you?

EDIT: Just saw one earlier in the thread, BMD= Blue Mystery Data (Stick a P or G on there instead of B for Purple and Green).

All confuse me at this point, does everyone here use an abb. for the item crystals?(I think that would be one from what I understood) Another the chip trader machines? I'll guess whichever ones are left are the fusions or something I don't know at all. Thanks for the help so far.

Here are some that I commonly use--

GMD--Green Mystery Data. Usually on the Internet. Regenerates after a jack-out.
BMD--Blue Mystery Data. On the Internet, cannot be regenerated.
PMD--Purple Mystery Data. Requires an Unlocker subchip to access. Cannot be regenerated.
IBGMD--In-Battle Green Mystery Data. Preserve it to the end and you get a bonus.
nCT, n being either 3 or 10--The corresponding Chip Traders. n represents the number of chips deposited.
BFT--Bug Frag Trader--Insert 10 Bug Frags and a chip pops out.

Yeah, those are the standard abbreviations for those. Except, usually it's CT for chip trader or CTS for chip trader special (the 10 chip one.)

so...once you beat the final boss...it HAS to go back to right b4 you battle the final boss???well thats really.....argh...I thought once you beat the final boss you can just run all over da place and battle forte o.o

You can, but the final boss never stay permanently dead. You just save right before [spoil:565ee17a22]Nebula Grey[/spoil:565ee17a22], and after you win, go back and clear out the extras.

The missions get very hard, yes. If you are having trouble with them, just keep persisting. Alternately you could use things that are guard-breaking, like AirHocs.

Sadly, I haven't developed a good strategy for any of the later ones, but I will say that given a decently fluid folder, the suggested limit is VERY liberal in its allotment--you can end up finishing on the nose or up to maybe seven below par.

What does spr-armor? In the screen it says "Won't be pushed", but what does this programm make in a battle?

In general, when one is hit by a chip attack, notice how Rock flinches, and especially when it is a chip that does not freeze time, the chip's execution is interrupted and countered entirely. Any charged shot that was in progress is also countered as well. SuperArmor in the NC prevents all this, so one does not have to worry about losing a chip attack or a charged shot if he is hit by most chip attacks. Attacks that have a paralysis effect still cause flinching, no matter if SuperArmor is installed or not.

Did anyone notice, taht, when you use RollSP on a Holy Panel, it becomes stronger? I saw it when I did search for Drill3 when I was in the Vision burst of this Island (sorry, I did forget the name of it), when I meet a virus on a Holy Panel.
what is the trick of this?

I believe RollSP gets more powerful if there are sancuary panels on the field. I'm not sure of the exact increase per panel though.

Depending on the number of holy panels on the field, Roll SP's attack strength increases in 5 point increments.

RollSP works as such--it deals damage equal to 30+5N, where N is the number of HolyPanels that you have on your side of the field. After Roll does her damage (three swipes, and returning life to you equal to the damage that she would have dealt assuming no blocks), the Holy Panels are removed from play (again, your side only.) The damage per swipe does cap out at 80.

Net's most annoying virus??=Dominerd!!!!
I really despise dominerds.....besides the fact that they get more annoying every time i battle one.....I progress REALLY slowly through the game....

As I said before, you can deal with them with piercing chips, like AirHoc. If you lack that, try this:

Get a Dominerd to attack. Once he is on your square, quickly step back one panel and fire an AirShot. The purpose of this is two-fold--to stun the Dominerd, because you pulled off a Counter Hit, so his guard is down and will take full damage from your chips and buster, and second, to double your next chip attack due to the FS that pops up from the counter hit.

Exceptionally useful and powerful tactic. I suggest you try it.

Try DrillArm3 or Knightman/Knightsoul. They work wonder. Or, if available, use Lord of Chaos as a last resort.

How can I get the SP-chips from Magnetman, Blues, Searchman, Napalmman, Meddy, Footman, Swallowman and Gyroman?
I've allready s-ranked them, but I only get ther normal Mega-chips ><
