EXE1's PAs are all rather odd to form... It's been a while, so there are bound to be a few errors. I'll try to go from top to bottom.
PowerCannon: ShotGun K, CrossGun K, Spreader K, M-Cannon K
The huge gun fires for 200 damage straight ahead.
Blood Drain (BloodSuk): Drain1 A, Drain2 A, Drain3 A, Wave A
The large needle is launched down each row causing 200 damage, and giving the damaged cause to Rockman in the form of regained HP.
Storm: Typhoon G, Hurricane G, Cyclone G, Repair G
Tornadoes strike all enemy panels, causing 200 damage to all foes.
Looks to just be the Kawarimi(AntiDmg) sprites.
Heavy Stomp: Gaia1 C, Gaia2 C, Gaia3 C, Quake3 C
Rockman stomps on the enemy area doing 400 damage to all enemies.
Rockman flying from GutsShoot, I believe.
GutsShoot: Guard G, Dash G, Gutsman1/2/3 G
Gutsman tosses Rockman straight forward for 500 damage.
The kicking looks like the kicking from the Master Style PA, only in "normal" style. I forget what it's from, to be honest. ^^; _________________ (\ ºvº\ (\

Yeah, those are MasterStyle sprites, and they're from EXE3. I mostly recognize them because it's one of the PAs I used most in that game. XD The kicking sprite and the one where he leans back and it looks like he's powering up DBZ-style are there because the animation for MasterStyle has him cycling through all the styles during the attack. _________________ Stuck In The Middle With You; a Metroid and Halo crossover
