Maybe those 7 were confirmed souls, and they're in the process of making more? It seems likely, but I'm most likely wrong.

Crosses, not souls people. They'll probably make more, seeing as there are an odd number, even numbers are needed, so, common sense.

the Crosses are essentially like souls: Time limit, so I'll still call them souls. I mean, they still have a turn limit, right? So until they act like a real cross, AKA [spoil:36c27b3a92]FCR[/spoil:36c27b3a92], I'll call them souls. Oh, and what do you think ElecSoul's Attributes will be?

I cant wait to fight Elecman again. The first time I played BN1 I beat Elecman on the second try. But kept losing to Protoman but, in bn3 I figured out how to fight against protoman but had lost my bn1, and I just got bn2 last year so it would be cool if right after fighting Elecman you have to fight Protoman with out time to save.

I'm just hoping that he gains some new attacks, or at least a new mugshot. I think maybe one of ElecSouls attribute will be the ability to charge sword chips and turn them into ElecSwords. Example: Z-saber turns into Elec Z Saber.

Good point. I mean, they don't act like crosses as far as I know. I mean, unless you can equip them like [spoil:fde8b12315]FCR[/spoil:fde8b12315], they have different emotions like [spoil:fde8b12315]FCR[/spoil:fde8b12315], and can enter Full Synchro, I'll still call them souls.

I think you will be able to equip them like FCR. hmmm they'll be like styles but different in a way.

Really now, these new "crosses" are just glorified souls, aren't they? Sure, they're activated differently, but under it all, it's such a slight change. I can't help but think that they've only changed the name to make it seem like something brand new was created. :P

So the mysterious blue one is Aquaman. Great, just great. I was hoping they wouldn't have to redesign the souls for Cross Transformation, and that they'd look like the Souls. Sure it's lazy, but it's really hard to imagine a fusion of Aquaman and Rockman looking like that ESPECIALLY after seeing the soul for so long.

indeed, all the new "crosses" are just souls that don't use a soul unison button. They still only last for 3 turns, they still don't auto trigger at the start of battle(true crosses do) they changed the name because it probably uses a soul chip to activate it like in the anime. Though it is a stupid idea for the game to change the abilities name because it changed the way it is used.

For all we know they could still be called souls. In the trailer it mentioned soul unison, then showed the souls, and the text read cross system. That is probably just what the new system for activating a soul unison is called. There is a chance that they aren't changing the name of the ability at all.

Maybe the Crosses are realy "Up-dates" of the normla Souls. Like: You'd get at first firesoul, and later in the game, you can sacrifize a second fire-BC in Fire-soul to get Heat cross.
Maybe a bad idea, but it's just my opinion

I don't really consider Crosses a new system. Just a small tweak to a current one. But if you think Slash Cross will be firing off Kogarashi, then go nuts XP

well there is offically Killer soul/cross, Slash soul/cross, Tengu soul/cross, Elec soul/cross, Heat soul/cross, the blue is non other than Dive soul/cross.

The reason I say this is because of the opening screenshots by Sketch.
One of the navis is Diveman, so based on that I am 99.9 % sure that it is dive soul/cross.

Killer is going to be in beast, along with tengu and Slashman who looks nothing like the original slashman.

I think two othe souls/crosses might be Charge and Clown because they will be in beast. That still leaves room for none other than Proto soul/cross. Charge might replace number(he is trainish, and trains go pretty fast, there are numbers)
