Bass also looks shorter than normal in that pic. Also seems to be stubbier too.

This animation error was found in Beast. Sorry if It has already been posted but I didn't see it anywhere.

In Axess episode 12, when Roll and Rockman was looking at the map to locate the Dimensional Area, look at their symbols. That little streak goes onto the symbol instead of underneath it.
I can't get a cap 'cause BS player won't play it, becasue I think it wasn't encryted properly. I use DivX instead.

Not really. The number of times Netto/Rockman's symbol wasn't drawn perfectly balanced and symmetrical in the anime is innumerable. Now, if it was colored purple with yellow pokadots, or they forgot to draw it altogether, or they gave him Udonman's symbol by accident... yeah, I'd say that was a good one.
