i have ordered 3 items from there. the first my dad ordered a digimon toy for me and it cmae within weeks. the second time i ordered a video game and it came withing weeks. the third time i tryed ordering a plug-in pet when they were not so pricy and the email me 7 times saying that htey were sorry and they would try to get more in cause htey were backordered. and i emailed htem saying that is ok just sned me the advanced pet. so i have had some pretty god experiences from them.

Years ago, I got some D-3s, a D-Terminal, some cards and toys, along with a Wonderswan and Digimon 02: Tag Tamers from them, but I guess they've lost all respect...

Last year for Christmas, my sister tried to order me a Webdiver toy from there and they never sent it. ._.

Glad I'm not the only one who's had problems with Toys n Joys. One time I ordered Yuugiou Sound Duel 3, but they sent the first one instead. It still has some of the songs I like on it, so I didn't do anything about it. I've also ordered Megaman X4 from them, and I'm still waiting for it.

It's just a suggestion, I dunno, but if ToysNJoys.com is wronging us so much on things, wouldn't it be wise to report them for bad business, if they are stealing our money, not shipping items, or sending wrong orders. It clearly shows they are doing bad business and their business either needs new management or needs to be shut down?

Would be nice, but nobody has seem to try this yet. A lot of Rockman EXE and Digimon fans buy from this site because they're one of the few places that offer products from Japan for their stuff.

From my experience, buying from Toys N Joys is like a coin toss. I ordered from them about four times (D-Arc, Digimon Theme Deck, the 1st PET before it jumped helluva high in price and the Advance PET). The Theme deck and PET got shipped out alright, but the D-Arc sent was the american version and the Advance PET was the wrong version sent out. So in my opinion, you have a 50/50 chance of getting what you wanted. If you can find the item you see elsewhere, then avoid buying it from Toys n Joys, but if it's one of those items that you rarely see anywhere else, then I say try to go for it.

While I myself have not bought anything from them, Hardcore it has been mentioned they are a Hawaiin based company, which may mean they do not have the same corporate liabilities.

I must be one of the lucky ones. Because every item I've ordered from them I've recieved, except for a Gundam SEED. And even then, they offered to give me DVDs 1-3 for just $10 more. Though I never took up that offer. Here's a list of everything I've ordered from them.

-Rockman 8 Blue Plated Figure: Got it!
-Rockman 8 Blues Figure: Got it!
-Gundam SEED DVD 1: Never recieved.
-Gundam SEED DVD 2: Got it!
-Rockman.EXE Saito Style Figure: Got it!
-Rockman Fourth Armor: Got it!
-Rockman 8 Blue Plated (again): Got it! (again)
-Rockman.EXE Battle Plaction Rockman: Got it!
-Rockman DASH Drill Arm: Got it!
-Rockman DASH Butser Rifle: Got it!

What SeiferA is so true I even laughed. It's like a coin toss, a coin toss I just happened to call 9 times out of the 10 times I flipped. My only real problem with them is their outragous shipping. As long as I keep it to just one item I'm fine with it. I'm even thinking about taking advantage of their $7 price for the Rockman X model.
