Here's your random one shot for the week, I blame the channel XD

It was one of the rare nights when Netto had finally managed to drag Enzan out of his office and to his house where he had a decent meal and sufficient amount of relaxation. Such a thing was a rare occurrence even when Netto was behind it, if only because Enzan wasn’t one to be torn from his work so easily. Earlier that evening Blues and Rockman had taken off to the city to see an Aki-chan concert and buy some new battle chips that had just come out that day.

This left Netto to torment and needle Enzan as much as he wished without backup from Blues or chiding from Rockman. Telling Enzan about the way he worked, ate and over all lived was a good place to start. They argued over the pizza that Netto had ordered and well into the first star potter movie. When Netto finally gave up and slumped in his seat, Enzan smiled with a small air of superiority that he knew annoyed Netto to no end.

“Shut up,” Netto muttered.

“I’m not saying anything,” Enzan said with a small grin.

“You’re smiling in that creepy ‘I’m better then you’ way,” Netto pointed out.

Enzan shrugged and continued to munch on his pizza.

Netto tried to concentrate on the screen but he knew Enzan was gloating over the lost argument. This small detail infuriated him but he knew, and Enzan knew there really wasn’t much that could be done about it.

“Netto?” Enzan asked, finally tuning in on the increasing annoyance of his friend.

“Yes?” Netto asked sweetly.

Enzan blinked then turned away, “Nothing,” he said.

The boys resumed watching their movie until Netto finally couldn’t stand it any more. “How the hell can you like work more then having a life?” he finally asked.

“Work is my life,” Enzan said simply.

Netto eyed him, “Bull,” he said.

“It’s true, it’s the way I grew up,” Enzan said.

“Enzan, you know, and I know that you would rather be net battling then sitting on your ass behind a computer screen all day. Otherwise you wouldn’t be a net savior,” Netto told him.

Enzan shrugged, “That may be true, but I still have to treat work as the top priority in my life.”

Netto looked a little irked and poked Enzan’s arm. “You’re just saying that,” he said.

“Believe what you will,” Enzan said while setting down his plate.

Netto poked him again. “I believe whatever the hell I want. But we both know what I said was true.”

Enzan looked slightly irked, “Netto, didn’t we conclude this an hour ago.”

“No,” Netto muttered.

Enzan crossed his arms, “Yes we did, and as I recall, I won the argument.”

Netto poked him again, this time in his stomach because he moved his arms and Netto wasn’t paying attention, “I don’t care what the hell…” he stopped when he saw Enzan’s lips twitch. Netto blinked, then a rather evil look spread over his face. “You’re ticklish,” he gasped.

“I am not,” Enzan said indignantly.

“Yes you are,” Netto said, “You just laughed.”

“I didn’t,” Enzan said.

Netto grinned and tackled Enzan, tickling him until be began to howl with laughter. Finally Enzan managed to shove Netto off the couch and he sat up taking in deep breaths. Netto was on the floor laughing himself. “Oh my god Enzan, you’re ticklish. I didn’t even think that was possible.”

Enzan blushed, “So?” he asked.

Netto snorted, “So? Besides the fact that I have a threat to use for getting you out of the office, it proves that you’re human,” he said with a grin.

Enzan’s eyes widened and then he crossed his arms indignantly, “Yeah well…” his wit failed him and he couldn’t think of a retort.

Netto laughed again and sat back on the couch. “So, is 5:30 late enough for you?” Netto asked him.

Enzan growled, “6,” he muttered.

Netto handed him some popcorn, “All right,” he said cheerfully. “6 it is!”

Enzan sighed and took the popcorn, the next few weeks were going to be hard, he just knew it.

Aaaanyways, I really like the topic. I know Enzan's pain, I can't stay upset when my mom begins to tickle me, it's so horrible XD Crack fics are the best kind!

And again you turn out a fabulous vignette, despite being under the pressures of life. Very much an enjoyable read this is. Ahh, tickling. Something I haven't engaged in in far too long, and perhaps it is fortunate because the last time I was assaulted by a tickle attack, I don't recall how or when I recovered...

Short and very damn sweet. XDDD

I love short vignettes like these, Neko. I adore your chapter fics also, but these just take the cake for getting a good dose of fluff across in a short piece of quality time. And you did an excellent job on this one. Considering the fact I was pretty much dying inside there in the channel. >_>
