Where are the locations of KILLER BEE, Bandit+, Cockatrice+, Mummy+, Skeleton+, Golem+?

I'm not sure where the Killer Bee can be found but all the others are found randomly in the same place as their regular versions after you beat about 100 of the regular versions.

It's been one month, but.....
Try www.gamefaqs.com and www.gamespot.com ??? they have FAQS and Walkthroughs....
