Oh found one,
In Beast ep 1 R Blues when they're about to do the program advance doesnt have his mask on but when they go up for the close up it does

Eh...that doesn't seem like much of an error to me...if it was the other way around...yeah...what if he removed it to do the Program Advance, then he put it back on? I don't think it's much of an error. XD

He's talking about when the Crossfusion trio go up Superman style and yell program advance!, you see Enzans face with no mask, however when he gets a close up to say which one, he has a mask on.

Actually, they seem to forget that on Netto's PETs rather frequently. It's amusing that they would mess up so often on Netto and no one else that I've seen, though.

Found another one this time in the Beast op,
when Netto is rollerblading he has the Link PET on his sholder
when they have the front view of hmi with the faces of people go by the PET isnt there no is the black band

I found an error in Hikari Angel's screenshot. The baby-thing's(i dont know his name) knees are supposed to be bent, but if you look, the legs look like they're really wide and really short ,and I know they're not like that.

That's not so much an error as it is a lazy artist...
I might as well toss one in if I plan to continue critiquing everyone else's. In Beast 2, when Netto, Enzan, and Laika are discussing the two beasts and Netto leans back, there's an extremely noticable miscolor of his sideburn where it's blue (like his headband) instead of brown. This has happened before in the past, actually... I remember the same thing happening in EXE 11 when Netto looks up at storm clouds (they even forgot the line separating the sideburn and headband in that shot). It's also common for them to color the flaps on the back of Netto's headband brown instead of blue (making it look like hair)... it's even common for them to only miscolor one of the flaps at a time. Heck, some early EXE art directors even GAVE him spikey hair in the back (like Rockman's). Look for it in EXE 5 and 11.
