Evening,

It's been a long time since i was on this forum,
i was originally Lamia_exe,
i wonder if any of you even remember me. Anyway, i've ressurected an old fan story of mine i never bothered to finish (or start for that matter) and i've decided to post it in chapters.
i could also use some help from anyone willing:

i need as many navi's as i can get ahold of, any will do,
i so far have 150 (including the all (i think) the navi's from the games and some from the anime), if you are willing to have your navi in the series (your navi may or may not be put in depending on whether i can fit it in somehow) then all i need from you is:
Operator (if any), Navi name, primary weapon, main style change (yup these are still in the story, custom one's would need to be explained, although this is optional), secondary style, efficiency rank (imagine your navi was pitted against a 90foot monster navi with tentacles that could wipe out ANY navi in one connection how good would your navi fair, be honest so NO 100%), operator and navi gender (if any) and also a lil info about the navi and operator (wwhat they look like, personality etc.),

CHAPTER 1
The eye of the locust
Sakurai Ether was 10 years old the day IPC, a company solely founded for the research of computerized A.I. programs releases it’s v0.5 of the PET.
A brisk morning arose in the small town of Akihara, just south of Denzan city, as the sun crept through the window of a house near the center of the town a young boy no younger than fourteen lay sleeping slightly restlessly in his cozy bed with the baby blue sheets wrapped around him messily. This boy was Ether Sakurai, young and ambitious although a tad lazy, Ether was the son of a computer technician that worked for IPC by the name of Timothy Sakurai.
Despite Ether’s almost comatose state, movement could be heard from the stairs and shortly after Ether’s door flew open to reveal a women in her mid thirties whose arms where currently crammed with presents and whose face bore a smile that almost stretched from ear to ear, this women’s name was Rei Sakurai, Ether’s Mother.
“HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY ETHER-KUN” She screamed, making Ether awake with a start throwing the covers aside as he shot into a sit, his Blonde hair gleamed in the sunlight and his dark blue eyes where smothered with tiredness.
“Ohio Mama” Ether mumbled sleepily rubbing his eyes, Mrs. Sakurai moved in and dumped the presents onto Ether’s bed, there was around a three second pause before it clicked for Ether as to what these packages were; instantly his eyes lit up with joy “KAWAII MAMA these are my presents” he said gleefully, his mother smiled again
“Hai, all from those who love my Ether-kun” Mrs. Sakurai grappled Ether into a tight loving embrace before perching herself on the side of his bed and then almost instantly leaping up again “Oh no I forgot Mayl-chan” She said before turning to Ether “I’ll be right back” with that she swept from the room returning after several minutes with a young cute looking six year old in her arms, Meiru Sakurai also looked tired, she had clear soft skin with long purple hair. “Ohio Meiru-chan” Ether gleamed
“O’io” Meiru grumbled rubbing her sleepy eyes.
“Mama?” said Ether questionably,
“Nani?” Mrs. Sakurai responded looking up from her daughter,
“Where’s Papa?”
“Oh… he wanted to be here he really did Ether but… you know how hard he has to work?”
“Hai, hai” Ether said his cheeriness fading as he looked down ‘Papa’s always away’ he thought.
“But” Mrs. Sakurai said abruptly breaking the silence “to make up for his absence he sent you this” she put one arm into the pile and pulled out a particularly solid looking present wrapped in brown paper and tied with white string, it was the shape of a medium sized box. “Nani?” Ether uttered to himself taking the attached card, he opened it and read

Dear Ether,
Happy Birthday, I apologies for my absence but work is really starting to get deep.
I hope you enjoy my present however; I should apologies for I could not get it personalized for you.
I remedied that though, I won’t go into detail in a simple Birthday Card (Ether smiled) but you’ll find out soon enough.

Despite Ether’s hopes the card only made Ether even more confused “well… stop questioning and open it” Mrs. Sakurai said after a while
“Aro? Oh right” Ether snapped the string and ripped away the Paper and stared at a plain brown cardboard box held shut with sticky tape, Ether examined it, the side of the box bore in large black letters the letters ‘IPC’, below that also where the letters ‘PET’ and a simple image of what looked like a fancy laptop. Ether’s eyes opened so wide he thought they pop out of their sockets “A PET, Sugoi, Sugoi, Papa got me a PET, I’ve read about these before they’re going to be the future in computerized technology, SUGOI!” Ether cheered bobbing up and down in his bed slightly with excitement.
Without a second thought Ether jumped out of bed and rumbled through his chest of draws ‘Aha!” he barked as he withdrew a Swiss army knife, splitting the sticky tape down the middle and withdrawing the PET, spilling the Styrofoam everywhere.
Ether flipped the PET open and hit the ON button, a screen with ‘PET’ written in fancy letters flashed upon the screen and was then replaced by white screen with a box reading ‘enter new user Id’ Ether typed in his name and the box disappeared replaced by another with a loading bar and the words ‘Installing Startup files estimated time of completion 49 minutes’ “Bummer” said Ether “forty minutes”
“Well you can open your other presents while your waiting honey” Mrs. Sakurai chimed in, Ether had forgotten she was still standing there with an intrigued looking Meiru still in her arms,
“Ok” Ether said in a slightly disappointed tone.
Ether’s other presents included a yellow T-shirt with a cool looking manga character on it (“Yay, Lighto my favorite action here’ Ether cried), some Denim shorts, a ton of underwear (“you can never have enough underwear” said Mrs. Sakurai), A pair of trainers (‘how did you know, I’ve wanted these for ages” Ether Grinned), some black fingerless gloves, a laptop carry bag (“It’s for your PET” Mrs. Sakurai answered Ether’s confused expression “your father also sent it”), several games for Ether’s various games consoles, and a large assortment of sweets.
‘Ba-Bing’ came from the PET and Lighto dived over to it, “install complete please choose Navi gender” said a computerized voice from the PET, Ether hit the Male selection and several different looking people appeared in a statue-esc state “please select Navi model” said the PET, Lighto sifted through the different Navi’s until he found one he liked it was a dull greenish blue and looked familiar to Ether for some reason so he selected it and then confirmed his choice “Navi selection complete would you like to name your Navi?” Ether selected ‘Yes’ and a text box appeared, he thought for a moment before typing but his concentration was broken when the PET spoke again “Please note that this is only a basic Navi package do not personalize if you are planning on installing a Custom Navi”
“So that’s what Papa meant” Ether said to himself before remembering the rest of the letter ‘I remedied that though, I won’t go into detail in a simple Birthday Card but you’ll find out soon enough.’ “I’ll leave you as you are for now” he said clicking cancel on the text box.
“Final phases of Navi install complete Navi00000037 is now ready for usage, however, before continuing with operations there are a few things that you are required to set such as…” the PET was cut off by the sound of the door bell,
“Who could that be?” Mrs. Sakurai said turning her head to look out into the empty hallway, she placed Meiru on the floor and then hurried from the room muttering something about people interrupting their family so early in the morning, intrigued Ether listened out as his mother went down stairs and opened the front door, he could hear the murmur of voices but he couldn’t tell who it was only that the visitor was a man.
“Ether-kun could you come here please, there’s someone here to see you” Mrs. Sakurai called from downstairs, curious, Ether got up and left the room leaving Meiru sitting examining his PET “don’t touch it Meiru” Ether said absently as he walked from the room, he didn’t hear his sisters reply as he walked down the stairs bare footed only wearing his blue pajamas.
As he reached the foot of the stairs he saw a tool handsome looking man in a cream suit with a slicked back black hair style.
“Ohio Ether” said the man,
“Ether-kun, this is Ijuin-san’ Mrs. Sakurai chimed in
“Shuuseki please, well, for now anyway’ the man beamed,
“Ohio Shuuseki-san” Ether said timidly.
“Now, to business, I’m here under the direction of your father. I’m right in understanding you’ve received and set up your PET” Mr. Ijuin said, Ether could smell mint on his breath,
“H-hai, what’s that got to do-“Ether was cut off by Mr. Ijuin
“Excellent, Excellent well then I can get to the point, I’m here because you’ve been applied for my newly developed school of Net Navi Battle arts” he said
“NANI?” Ether cried out, Mr. Ijuin smiled.

please forgive my bad attempts at fitting vague japanese into the script, please let me know if there any typo's and bare in mmind this is only the first chapter, i'll release the second after some input,

Efficiency Rank: Probably..medium-high. :O
Operator and Navi Gender: Both Male
Navi and Operator Info: Ren is a humorous person, kinda lazy, likes to goof-off a lot, but manages to stay completely sane somehow. He usually wears his black jeans, a red t shirt with the words "H4RDK0R3" on them. XD

Zion has the usual black tightsuit, with white anklets/bracelets and small random patterns down his legs and arms. Behind these patterns, he's got a reddish/blue stripe. He's also fun-loving/humorous and stuff, but he's a bit more serious when it comes to battle.

And it's "Ohayo gozaimas", not "ohio". XDD
