Why does Colonel Soul suck? Well mainly because it's two abilities aren't that great. Colonel Army is predictable and not very hard to dodge if it's anything like Colonel's and Arm Change charges way too slow for it to get off maybe one or two shots before you're forced to lose it by being taken into the custom window. |

Okay, Colonel Army for Rockman is NOTHING like Colonel's. And if you actually update your speed and charge, it charges quite quickly. I've gotten ten shots before with an arm change shot. _________________ EXEHQ. Click now, I demand it.

Ok, I'm assuming you're using SpeedMAX and ChargeMAX to up the abilities of Colonel Soul, right? That's a nice chunk of Navi Customizer space, I don't bother with SpeedMAX or Speed +1's for the simple fact I always use Super Armor, Custom+1 and Custom+2, because more chips, not flinching and being able to escape multi-hitting attacks are better than a sub-par buster. Also you say Colonel Soul's Colonel Army is much different than Colonel's, how so? |

No, I'm not using SpeedMAX and ChargeMAX. I'm using other progs, and various E-mods. And sorry, I wasn't clear. Chaos Colonel's Army is wonderful. Charge shot places object in front of enemy, turns into soldier, and hurts them. _________________ EXEHQ. Click now, I demand it.

Ah, ok. I don't have access to E-mods so I can only take into account what the game provides and that's the Speed+1, Charge+1, SpeedMAX and ChargeMAX programs. Colonel Chaos is ok, I prefer the Dark Sound to be used as the object and not for Colonel Army though, so I was only going off of Colonel Soul itself which you have to provide the objects for. |

I like MediSoul T_T Its abilities are fun, even if its charge attack isnt that great. Colonel soul's Arm Change is really fun. _________________

MeddySoul is okay as long as you're using the Asteroid+Paralyze Pill combo. But Recoveries are kind of a waste in your folder. _________________

Cloud, haven't I said already? It's got too many codes... Don't have PrixPower or MasterStyle in your folders, either. Kingmanv5 is such a waste of a good gigachip slot, IMO, and MasterStyle is just... too many chips. :S _________________

But, they ARE all * Coded. But it really is a waste of 4 Megachips, even if it was a cool PA to use. Off course, with Folder Back it didn't matter, that would have been less broken if Folder Back itself wasn't recycled... _________________

Master Style was ok to use early on because you didn't have access to the good Mega class chips, so tossing in all 4 of them for a 900 damage PA was ok at that point, I eventually switched to a P-coded folder then F-code myself. It's just Master Style wasn't a bad PA, it just ate up space that could be used by much better Mega chips like Flashman and Plantman. |

Agreed. MasterStyle, though quite versatile due to the fact that it was a completely *-coded PA, had two drawbacks, as has been cited--it uses four chips instead of three, and all of the chips are Mega-class. Now, if you plan on running a MasterStyle folder, then you're pretty sunk on the MegaChip portion, since that's already four and surely FullCust * will take the fifth slot. This means devoting NC space to MegaChip boosters (if you plan on using ANY navis at all), which detracts from room for the Custom+ programs you surely will have for increasing your hand size.
Secondly, since it does use four chips, it is a little more unstable than those the use three. Since there are more components to it, one is more likely to finish a three-chip PA than a four chip one. It's intuitive. And it has been said before--some of the navi chips in that game were simply too dripping with power to pass up. _________________ Today, these three players are after Big Bucks! The best PA's in BN3 are 2xHero and MasterSTyle , in my point of view . I am so glad that MasterStyle is finally getting the recognition it deserves . It is tough to get but think about it . When I was a newbie and couldn't S rank any navi I used it later in the battle . It would finish it off every time . :] I like using 2xHero because the chips it is composed of aren't useless against difficult navis , and it is cheap on viruses and navis alike . _________________

Master sytle just does 1000 dmg, It's just extra. These are just FUN FOLDERS. Not for assalt, it took awhile to get the chips. Grand Slasher just takes too long to make and I don't really use mega chips so I just put master style in. |

Yes, find a way to put in an Air Sword or two, I'd even say to put in a Shadow * or two since if they aren't using a sword of some kind you have a good defense. |

I'd say to substitute Geddon2 chips, but then again, in EXE3 that sort of chip may not have existed in either D or * code. Geddon2 chips in BN3 came in different codes to Snake. Shadow and Airswords. Hmm, that's a thought. I just don't know what to take out though. >_< _________________
