I still feel sorry for Rush, Roll partook of a cruel method to deworm the poor thing. Plus Roll sounded and looked like she was on drugs, or at least was imitating a Drag Queen. >_<

Wow so Planty became a one-off again? And here i was hoping he logged out (since that's basically what it looked liked) and that the animators got too lazy to show him talking to Greiga. Oh well.

The writers of this show must hate wood types(Tomahawkman excluded because he sucks)

I liked this episode, I found very amusing and funny how Trill used the kawarimi doll of Rockman to escape XD, that kid is smart.
All this thing about beyondard looks very interesting, dude Hikari Tadashi has a lot of secret, what about Cossack? give the man some action

This might be an adaptation of the game.... I just thought... Yuichiro never did finish decoding the entire letter from Tadashi, maybe he's involved with them in the game as well... or is he? I don't know... pie

Wonder what Roll was so happy about in the beginning? Being under the spotlight, with such a charming face. She seemed to mention Rockman and Trill for some strange reason. Wonder what's with the little white ball that she put in Rush's mouth? :/ Confused

I'm glad they decided to take Laika out of play for the time being. Not that I don't like the character, but he was out of place at the start of Beast. It also gives characters like Malyu and Dingo a chance to be 3rd fiddle behind Lan and Chaud.

As for Plantman, well, a one shot navi he must be. In all, an interesting epsiode. Got to see more functions with the new PET.

If you noticed my post on the previous page, Rockman confirms that Plantman was deleted at the end of the episode.

Nooooo! Plantman. All the cool navis get deleted first. Except for the Beast Out Zoanoroids, seems like a pretty drab episode. I guess I'll have to watch it to find out. Finally Meijin's going to do something.

I'm looking forward to the rest of Beast. They kept the plot relatively simple, so it won't turn out to be another Stream, Cross Fusion is actually given a legitimate use beyond killing off the Evil Navi of the Week, and it seems like Beast Out will be used sparingly. Granted, it's only two episodes, and they have plenty of room to muck it all up, but it seems promising thus far.

I hope they don't change outfits, I like what they have now. As for the episode, I thought it was so-so. I was kinda hoping for something a little more from Z Plantman and Z Sparkman. Overall, this gets an 8.5/10.

Roll isn't fatter. This particular art director has a habit of making characters look more round and squishy than normal. Roll wasn't fat in Beast 1, now was she?
