I used to play it, but I got out of it. I have more fun playing Poker than I did with MTG. Now I just have to fine some buyers for my cards. _________________ Hold it! You're lying, and I can prove it!

I played before. I'm possibly going to start again. I stopped because I hated Kamigawa block. _________________

The Kamigawa Block is the most recent complete block that Wizards of the Coast has released. Like all other blocks, it contains three sets within it--Champions of Kamigawa, the main set; Betrayers of Kamigawa; and Saviors of Kamigawa.
Notable keywords in this set include Bushido, Splice onto Arcane, Arcane, Soulshift, Ninjutsu, Channel, Epic, and I know of at least one more, but I cannot remember them all.
Why not go to Wizards and do some research on the set? _________________ Today, these three players are after Big Bucks! But they'll have to avoid the Whammy, as they play the most exciting game of their lives! From Television City in Hollywood! It's time to 'Press Your Luck!'--Rod Roddy

I didn't like Kamigawa block because... dunno. Just didn't like it.
I'm sticking to the old cards. Ravnica is multi colored which I dislike though Saprolings have returned. ^^ _________________

Not many people liked Kamigawa, as it seems. Most likely because the metagame was pretty bland and in the current Standard environment while Kamigawa was the block of the year, people simply didn't play Kamigawa block decks. Everyone focused on the Mirrodin Block, what with such appealing decks as Tooth & Nail, Affinity, etc...
As for the current block, I have yet to actually buy any of the cards, but from the looks of things, it looks to be an awesome set. I regret that I wasn't around to play Invasion block, and this seems to give me a second chance. :D _________________ Today, these three players are after Big Bucks! Yeah... I wasn't too fond of the block either... didn't like many of the abilities introduced and I downright loathed some of the cards from it. >_<
Even though things still appear appear overpowered though, I'm really liking the new block as I've seen so far. It's similar to Invasion (which I didn't like), but a lot better done IMO and I like the double mana idea. (some multicolor cards allow you to pay either color for part of their casting cost now) |

I used to play, but like some of you stopped. I had a fun White/Red deck, though... too bad I don't play anymore. |

I played LOTS of Tooth and Nail. XD
But that goddamned Ravager Affinity kept going out of hand... It was time they banned it. XP _________________

Indeed. Indeed.
I am surprised, though, that although the staples were taken out, causing the deck to buckle and collapse, why Cranial Plating wasn't axed. It is still insanely powerful, even without the mass life loss through Disciple and Ravager. _________________ Today, these three players are after Big Bucks! Well, considering Disciple and ALL the aritifact lands went as well, Cranial Plating wouldn't have been even half as powerful as it was. _________________

Slivers were my calling. <3 Slivers.
Anyway, I've been doodling around. I got quite a unique insane deck.
Not necessarily good but very insane.
Solitary Levels
---------------
Land
10 Plain
10 Island
4 Cloudpost
Creatures
4 Leveler
Other Spells
4 Isochron Scepter
4 Arcane Labaratory
4 Solitary Confinement
4 Worship
4 Counterspell
4 Mana Leak
4 Spirit Link
4 Bribery
A LEVELER DECK! Yes, Leveler, the card pretty much everyone redeemed useless. Why?
5 mana
When it comes into play, remove your library from the game.
10/10
You don't lose the game until you can't draw a card. And with Solitary Confinement, you skip your draw phrase. ^^ To make sure your opponent doesn't play any cards to make you draw anything, set up an Isochron Scepter + Counterspell + Arcane Laboratory combo. HUZZAH! Spirit Link with Leveler = ouchie. 2 hits from the Leveler and they die.
Yes this is insane. But there should be enough defense.
On a side note I like Onslaught. ^^ _________________

This IS some odd Leveler deck... Maybe add some Stifles to counter opposing Scepters and random nasties that come your way? _________________

I edited it a bit by i'm too lazy to post it.
Land decks can be easily made. coughnaturesrevoltcough.
Nature's Revolt + Centaur's Glade + Intruder Alarm = XDness. I didn't make this up though, my friend did in another forum. But it's so insane.
Nature's Revolt turns your lands into 2/2 creatures right? Assuming you have 5 lands out, you can tap 5, use 4 to cast a creature WHICH WILL THEN UNTAP YOUR LANDS due to Nature's Revolt. Rinse and repeat. Infinite Creature + Infinite Mana.
