Rockman. EXE ZERO, would you like that?

I new idea from me.
What would you think, if Capcom did dicide to make a Rockman Zero Counterpart-Character/-story/-game in the EXE-universe?
I would see it at first to make a total opinion about it, but when I think a Rock Zero in Exe-style, I think that would rock Laughing

There already is an EXE version of Zero... :\ In Network Transmission. Not to mention the cameo-Z Saber chip where his image is stamped on.

No, Id did mean Rockman Zero, not the "normal" Zero from the X-Series Wink

Well then, Z-series Zero has also appeared in EXE, like I said. Just not as an NPC. It wouldn't make any sense, IMO, to make a second Zero or a "Rockman Zero".

We already have the Z-Saber chip, and a Zero.EXE based off the real Zero. We don't need anymore. Besides, the guys got his own series, and is the only other character aside from Rockman who has one. I know Rockman does as well, but he started this all so Razz

No. Simply because all the fun of fighting with Zero is jumping around and slashing the hell out of stuff. He would play too much like Blues with EXE's battle system : o.

Don't know about that, he could get the boomerrang sheild. xD [spoil:ec00786816] But if you look into the games a bit more you will see that there was already an X and Zero in the EXE universe. In Battle Chip Challenge/Grand Prix you battle Norm Navi X and then you meet a Norm Navi ZERO right before Forte steps in.[/spoil:ec00786816][/spoil]

I got a idea, how Capcom coiuld make a Rockman-Zero. EXE:
When there come out new games, for example in the alpha-Version, you play Net and Rock, an in the Beta-Version you play with a new Boy or Girl with Rock Zero as Navi.
Zero also could have another Charg-shot, and he also could get other soul-Unisons.
What's your Opinion about this?

Sounds...not to good of an idea, really. I mean, if they're gonna make Zero a playable character, it would've been the Zero Virus from Transmission, and it would've been in either EXE5, 4.5, or BCC.

Something else came to my mind when I saw the topic name... I thought you guys were talking about a prequel to the EXE series, and I was interested since I thought that EXE6 was supposed to be the climax... Then I thought: just because it's the climax, doesn't mean it's the last one that'll be made (think 'Star Wars' here...)

If this did happen, then maybe Capcom would use this opportunity to fix a lot of plotholes. Or maybe some have already fixed up in 'Phantom of the Network'? I'm not sure - I've never played it yet...

But if Zero was made into a playable character, let's hope that he's not like Blues/Colonel... Sword-types are better when they are closer to the enemy... The EXE Battle System restricts Navis from doing that, initially...

Well, only when you play them, Blues in the original and whenever you fight him frequently steps into your area. Plus there's Step Swords.

I know that I wouldn't complain if Capcom made a navi of Zero and completely denied the existence of the Transmission one. I would like to see one that played more of a lasting role, even if the guy already has his own game.

That wouldn't surprise me, given all the plotholes Capcom has created so far. Still, I don't want that to happen: they could make this game something like a prequel to Transmission, but I'm just not sure if there're enough plotholes to make one - never played it myself. The main playable character could be the Zero virus before it became a virus...
