I'm getting Greiga first, in that case. Now I just hope the Heat Cross is powerful and not just a costume for Rockman that makes his charge shot Fire Arm. Now I just hope KillerSoul is in that version. Than again, EXE5 Team Colonel betrayed my hopes and gave me Numberman instead of Searchman, so...

CFS, There is no turn limits on the new crosse, I just noticed that the numbering on the images were steps. And above Killer Cross on the official site says Gu Re I Ga ver above Killercross and Slashcross' images as well as Heat cross. Above Ground, Aqua, and Tengu Cross it says Fu a Ru Za ver. So that leaves Elec which according to past formulas would be in Gu Re I Ga, and what ever will be the wood type in Fu a Ru Za, which only leaves two unknown crosses.

Well, Pyo was right about the Aqua Cross having a visor...if I could have seen rhe shoulders better the first time I would have seen the sholders looking like Aquaman's head. Yay for Aquaman being important again. \o/

About Crosses only being one turn I'm not so sure. If you look in the the "New System" section, or bottom right button in the Cross System part, or top left arrow there's a shot with the Cross Selection screen with a number (1) against Rockman's name with the normal pic displayed. Also there's shots of the Beast Out with more than one turn, leaving me to think you might accumulate turns and use them when you want? I dunno, but it doesn't add up as the Trailers had Crosses with counters, whereas these shots don't. So, I'll leave the translating to someone who understands Japanese, unlike myself who knows some Kanji from Chinese and has a Katakana reference chart.

Slashman uses Kunais? That's cool!
Drillman is very...tank like, I found that most peculiar.

Can't tell exactly, but it's got a shot of FBOR doing a Wideshot type attack with feathers, a charge attack mayhaps?


Looks like there's going to be some very good new features. If this game lives up to it's hype it's gonna be good!

It's Groundman, not Drillman. Drillman was in exe3, as a WWW navi.

Hmm...
I think the number next to rockman's face in the cross menu means how many times you can use the cross.
And I think that FBT using the wide-shot style attack means that capcom isn't lazy :O
Maybe the chips base (where they are shot from) will change colors if FBT or GBT use them? :O

Did the site actually confirm these as the types, or are you making a guess?
You said that the charged shot for SlashCross was a DreamSword ranged slash, but remember that TomahawkSoul had the same thing and it was Wood.

Anyway yes I remember now, I have played R&F.

Azure, I can tell you that the description for Tenguman has wind in his description, so he's definately Wind Based. Plus he's using Fujin Racket so it's good corroborating evidence, even though it's not exact evidence as Fujin Racket could be returning as a Battle Chip.

Groundman, Breaking seems obvious, plus he's using Drills.

Invis for Killer, nor sure, but I think so as there's a Kanji similar to Heart which I think had something to do with vanishing, again not sure as Japanese Kanji differs in more complex forms and combinations to Chinese, and in that I'm hardly fluent as well.

HiKaizer I pointed out in one of my earlier posts, or edits of a earlier post that since Beast outs are only for one turn, and the numbers on the page from what I could tell are just for DIRECTIONS, do this then you get this then this is the result type thing.

No I did not confirm but I made an EDUCATED Guess based on the formula's for Souls. Fire and Wood Souls have never been in the same game before. So to me it doesn't seem likely that Slashcross would be wood. Plus Slash gross uses Kunai's as a Chargea attack? So since Kunai's are a Sword type chip to me at makes sense. The others are well pretty well confirmed since Tengu Cross uses a Fuujin Racket.

And Killer seems like he would be the invis based navi' his body is made of smoke with armor, so Killer is the one that is most of a guess. Killer could surprise us all and be the Recovery type navi.

Ground, well in the image of Ground Cross you can barely see some small pebbles on the top left red square were he burrowed under(?) and of course Drill arms, and other chips like it are piercing/breaking chips.

But the best thing about a Cross is not having to sac a chip to use it for 3 turns.

I am getting Greiga , so badly .
I mean , SlashMan is just plain awesome .
Points for Killer because he has a scythe.
I've always loved fire .
And Greiga Beast Out looks cooler than Falzar .

The only thing that I dont like is that TenguMan is in the other game . T_T T_T T_T
Ah well. I guess Capcom had to do something to make Falzar sell better .

To obtain crosses we will operate the "link navis" to complete a certain task. For Hinoken and Shuko, we will be helping them at school(They are both teachers now)

Next, the navi's charge shots and fighting styles are revealed briefly.... please wait for Heatman to translate the info given on the link navis.

Much like the team navis in EXE 5, the link navis come packed with their own unique chips and Charge attack

Aqua Man: Aqua Hose(Charge Attack)
Slash Man: Tripple Edge(Charge Attack)
Ground Man: Rock Crush Breaker(chip)
Tengu Man: Fujin Tornado(chip) Tengu Thrust(Charge Attack)
Killer Man: Hell's Jackel(Charge Attack)
Heat Man: Heat Arm(Charge Attack)


Crosses and the charge attacks
Aqua Cross: Bubble Shot
Ground Cross: Ground Drill
Tengu Cross: Tengu Racket
Heat Cross: Fire Arm
Slash Cross: Wide Slash
Killer Cross: Killer's Death Beam


New Characters

The new Rival we've been seeing is named "Kojiro" While the mysterious girl with a hair clip is simply "Nazo no shojo"(mystery girl)

I still think that we'll get more than five Crosses per version. Also, is it possible that the crosses will have negative statuses to go with them? Like how FCR had MegaChip -2 built into it, so KillerCross could decrease your HP somewhat. Still not disappointed by EXE6 so far.

no there are no liberate missions this time around now there are tasks. That you opereate one link navi while doing. That is how you get the Crosses acording to Junkman's post

There only seems to be 5 cross slots in the cross Select menu, and no signs of an arrow. To me it makes sense when we had souls we had 6 souls per versions well that trends seems to continue, we get 5 crosses and one beast out for a total of 6. Makes perfect sense since the Beast outs last 1 turn and the crosses look like they last till you cancel them or change crosses.

As for Shuuko and hinoken being teachers, since when did they go to college for what four years and get a degree in teaching? Maybe they just work at a school now and arent' teachers.

Well at least we get to control the other navi's and know a bit more about the crosses.
