Yes, that card does exist, but I don't know how it came out in Japan.
Here are some informations about it:

civilisation: Shadow/ Fire
Mana-cost: 10
Power: 6000
spezials: Sorry, I can't translate it ^^;
The Picture: It's the same as the Forte you can see here above the posts, but with more backround
flavour-text: sorry, the same thing as at the spezials ^^;

And again, it's not my fantasy, this TCG-Card does realy exist

If you look on the top, you can see a picture of the DM Forte as the Rockman.EXE Online Forums banner thingie ma jiggie.

I have both of the cards, they came with an issue of the CoroCoro magazine where the Rockman.exe manga is printed. Like Suraida mentioned, one of them is pictured in our top banner. You can find the full scans in REO's official art gallery, under the 'anime' section.

Anyway, I got this while I was interested in a CoroCoro magazine saying that there will be a special card. Thought it was the FCR card, teared it open, utter dissapointment. ;_;

Can you use the Forte cards in an actual Duel Monsters game or are they just eye candy like YGO's God Cards?

Seeing as it actually HAS an attack unlike the god cards are supposed to and an EFFECT, yes, Forte should be useable in a Duel Master's Match...

Just out of curiousity, is that Katakana or Hiragana on the card? Cause I can't read Katakana...well, I still hope it's used in the anime.

..horse-riding? I think the courage should be courageous but Forte isn't courageous. He's full to the eyes with clinche hatred and anger.
