Obviously, Bobobo-Bo Bo-bobo. :D I'd complained about a lot of shows I thought I'd hate, but I turned out to like them. :eyes: And Bobobo-Bo Bo-bobo was the diamond, no, the RUBY in the rough! Heh...the part at the Wiggin' Empire was freakin' hilarious! Laughing

I'd seen a few pictures floating around, but never actually bothered to read it until I randomly checked out a raw chapter a while ago and got completely hooked (although I still need to finish it...).

Other ones included are Muhyo to Roji/Roujii, D.Gray-man, Kurozakuro, The Law of Ueki and Karakuri Circus which ended up being some of my favorite mangas, as well as Oo-dorobou Porta, Neuro, Fun Fun Factory, Magical Taruruuto-kun, Piano no Mori and Mieru Hito.
(Porta's getting pretty close to being added to said favorites list... which is pretty good for something that's two chapters old that I can't really read XD)

Also, I dunno if it'd count since I had played the games but Dragon Quest: Emblem of Roto if it does.

Happens all the time with me. I cruise Barnes & Noble, look at an interesting covered manga, read some and I get hooked.

Some of my instant hooks include: DearS, DN Angel, Tsubasa, Crescent Moon, Negumi, Imadoki, and Psychic Academy.

Most favorite out of them is Tsubasa because when I saw the first volume cover I was like "That looks like Li and Sakura o.O" and turns out I was right, in a sense. I'm a fan of CardCaptor Sakura, so I enjoy Syaoron and Sakura and I enjoy this alternate story CLAMP put them in along with other characters of theirs, like Mokona from MKR.

Surprisingly, One Piece. First saw slight snippets of one of it's movies in a Digimon Movie 6 trailer and didn't know what it was. Then I find out about it curtosey of 4Kids' plans to dub it. I initially though of it as a Japanese drug trip.

Can't say I'm very proud of my first impressions of it. Long story short, It's now officially tied with Rockman as my favorite anime. Of course, manga-wise it's as of right now my favorite (since I don't read much other manga in the first place.) but I can't help but think Oda throws too much uneeded blood in. Not that I don't mind but a lot of times, Luffy seems to throw a standard punch and that makes the opponent cough up blood when it really wasn't that fierce of a blow to begin with.
