Well, it's not that bad, do you mind if I give you some constructive critism:
First of all the head is a bit... um, weird, Why don't you try at using some guide lines. As for the hair try following the shape of the head so it doesn't look weird. ^^;; Oh and another thing... er, try making the looks of you drawing more clean.

One thing. Or two. Or three.
The headband looks too small for Netto's head, like a piece of rubber band stretched onto something. The hair, well, colour within the lines.
Netto's face is very circlish-like a ball. Try looking at OA, and seeing how its like, and draw. |

Hmm.. intereesting. Try http://www.polykarbon.com/. Their tutorials are not exactly the best, but they'll work.
P.S.- No need to copyright. Everyone knows Lan is (c) Ryo Takamisaki. ONly copyright with your own (user)name.
