Imagine If Samus and Megaman were to work together?

though it seems like it would work, seeing Samus animated, or R Rock in the Samus style would be weird, it wouldn't work out if they didn't have the same art style so one would have to change, and though it would be nice it would be odd to see animated Samus.

Rockman.EXE takes place almost entirely on the Earth, while it is known that Ms. Aran is a bounty hunter who travels from planet to planet doing what she damn well pleases (even if it is mercenerial duties). I won't say that it is impossible to do, but the universes that both characters exist in are so dissimilar that it would require a LOT of tweaking to make it believable.

Samus and Megaman working WITH each other? There's a flash game where they work AGAINST each other, called something like "Megaman VS Metroid". It's almost just like an NES game, the guy who made that game is a genius.

Although it does show a sign of possiblity for a crossover. Suppose Samus takes a new bounty equest, and the target of this bounty just happens to be on Earth in Rockman's time...although it'll probably never happen unless Capcom and Nintendo decide to do something like that.

The idea of Samus and Megaman working together wouldn't surprise me that much, seeing as they have similiar main attacks. But, for some reason, the only Megaman I could see Samus working with is X.

Yeah, X (or better MMZ Zero) would be the only ones that would fit. But why? Samus really wouldn't need any of them at all, and it would most likely end up a bad point for both series with the inhuman amount of editing that would have to be done to make it make sense. -.-

Metroid and Mega Man do have some things in common such as the ability to use various forms of weaponry, so it would be possible for the two of them to work together. On the other hand, there are differences between the two characters and their respective franchises as while Mega Man for the most part has a colouful like feel to it, Metroid is more darker in nature, so things would have to be settled between Nintendo and Capcom should such an idea be made a reality. I can actually see X working with Samus as X is the version of Mega Man that appears as being the closest to resembling Samus and what she is known for.

Anyways, I can't really see that happening. It'd be a bit weird though. Also at the point there's already a crossover to Boktai in the games. Anymore will make it bad. As in too many cameos, it might ruin the plot.

I think we're is at the point where just most of us agree that a team up of Samus and MegaMan Exe would not be a good, but her and either the original Mega Man or X would be a better team-up. Right?
