I think Gospel was still out there. At the end of EXE3 (I think), there was some sort of scene with a black screen that suggested Forte had fused with him. I'm not entirely sure of it, because I never get very far in the games... but I remember reading it somewhere else in the forum.
EDIT: I'm stupid. You were talking about the anime, so never mind. <__<;

Where's the proof of that? As far as speculations go, I think Baby Trill is the one who gives the crosses in the anime. |
Uh, and where's the proof of YOUR little theory. Yes, Trill is the one who activates Beast Out, but there is NOTHING that supports Trill being responsobible for crosses...at all. He didn't even exist in Stream and we have FCR....so please. ALSO, where's my proof? Watch the movie with the subtitles...RockMan offered his Ultimate Program to Forte in order for Forte to become the ultimate being and maybe save the world, RockMan's Ultimate Program was too strong and instead of Forte absorbing it, they fused. Yes, their UPs fused....what proof fo I need...the script? I mean, really, what sense would it make for Trill to be the one responsible for Aqua Cross? Or any other the other ones? Please...

We don't know if the Cross System in fact operates at all similar to FCR, or even if it will make an appearance in the Anime at all.
