Azureman's Sprites(Current Project: Fan Navi)

Hello out there. I'm just beginning to actually do sprite edits myself. I spent a long time figuring out the best way to do recolors without hurting peoples' eyes, and decided it was time to move on to bigger and better things.

CURRENT PROJECT: BluesSoul overworld sprites
*************************************************************

I decided it would be best to start small, and besides, I've always wanted overworld sprites of at least one Soul Unison, so I decided to make one myself.

First pose, staring right at you. Rockman and Blues are there for comparison, as well as their battle sprites.

Second pose, diagonally down. Decided to test this one GBA-Style after a request from respected forum-mate Elementalman.EXE.

Currently working on a full sheet, but C&C for these first two poses is greatly appreciated.

*Note* Please, please, PLEASE remove my images from your quotes, it sucks up bandwith like my puppy sucks up kibble.

Blues Soul is not Blue Soul.

Get the Japanese right, even though not good at it myself! :O

Also, the overworld sprite for Blue Soul looks quite nice, maybe you should make one without the sword?

Won't be posting anymore of the overworld BluesSoul until I finish the sheet, which could take awhile. -_-;

Anyways, here's my other current project, my fan navi, Azureman.EXE.

Could you show the regular size version(not zoomed in)?

It looks good for the most part, but the feet look too much like Rockman's.... I dunno, it's all that stands out as something left alone. They're lighter than the rest of the blue parts... unless they're supposed to be that way, I'd say ya oughta darken them...

this is the stupidest arguement I've ever made...

Even though it's slightly reminiscent of Rockman, I still can't help but really like your sprite... Razz

It's very nice. Although, his fantismagical (Or whatever) boots still don't seem quite "there" yet, ya know what I mean? Razz

Well, if Tomahawk man can be Rock's twin, with my character they can be triplets! :puku:

and the silver part above the forehead is a circlet separating the the hair from the face.(Besides, circlets are cool. Razz
