It looked a bit like Colonel but maybe we don't know. Beast is still at its early episodes and I believe that the story will get intenst as the episodes continue.
P.S. - I don't know how but I'm beginning to despise the love triangle between Anetta, Yaito-chan and Enzan. Two girls falling in love with one guy. That's just weird.

I'm in class and bored as hell so I decided to make a Trill avytar. It's related because Trill is in this episode and with his new-found powers, it leaves us still wondering if he's a good or bad Navi (or will BE good or bad). SO yeah, TrillAVy for ANYONE who wants to use it, hell, you don't even have to credit me if ya don't want to... Lol.

Well, this episode was fun. Especially since Rockman had to hold up on his fear of ghosts through the entire episode  . Another remark, I'm glad that the link PETs haven't been taken away the ability to make a holographic screen. For a moment, I though that we were back to watching a small screen. On another note: did anyone noticed Meijin-san change of outfit?

Haha, so cute. Everyone keeps calling him that, but I don't think I actually heard Trill say it once. And the way Trill just latches onto Rock at the end... a-DOR-able! <3 How can you people think he's evil??
(Did anyone else notice Rock call Roll "Roll-kun" when he handed Trill off to her? How odd. He is forgiven, though, because he calls Yuuichiro "Papa". :D <3) |

With that logic, why doesn't the Netto/Meiru/Jasmine love triangle bother you?
Anyway, I'm really surprised that Beast is STILL good. My biggest complaint in Stream is that the battles were boring. If you rewatch the original EXE, even without all the flashy cool slot-in and battle chip loading effects and whatnot, the battles were a lot more interesting to watch. The characters actually used strategy, even if they only used 30 or so chips throughout the whole series.
It seems like Beast is finally retaining that. Though... I'm not sure if it's the new bgm or what, but the battles seem MUCH faster paced, and in turn, much more interesting. Plus, Beast is overflowing with charm, and they seem to finally be paying attention to the characters that need it.
(Plus, Meiru got a really awesome plug-in sequence! Whoot! Here's hoping she gets a new Cross Fusion henshin...)
Other miscellaneous comments... Meijin's new design is hideous (or maybe it was just the artist's rendition of him; he/she seemed to be REALLY off with Meijin this episode)... but, no, I don't like the green, or the new pointy-slanted glasses... or any of it. Plus, they should have just given him the new clothes from the get-go with Beast instead of randomly tossing them in at episode 4 (especially after a Meijin-focus episode)...
Oh, and major props for the original EXE trio (plus Chisao) popping up in Beast 5! We haven't seen Netto, Meiru, Dekao, Tohru, and Yaito all together in a long time... (I think we got close in Axess with the Junk Soul ep, but they left out Tohru...) Hell, they're even throwing Enzan in too. Beast just keeps getting better and better.
Keep your fingers crossed it doesn't fizzle out by episode 10.
(Oh, and just a random thought... they really need to give Chisao a navi, or SOMETHING that would give him a PURPOSE. Do you know how difficult it is to write a character bio for that kid? I mean... in EXE, he was this child prodigy genius that was enrolled in a super-smart kindergarten class, wasn't he? What happened to that?)
(Oh... *cough*... cross your fingers Dekao, Yaito, and Tohru also get uber cool plug-in sequences... I'm still waiting for Tohru to get one... his Axess one sucked big time...)

Wow Beast Flame Man wasn't so bad. Too bad he had to kick the bucket so soon, I actually wanted to see Fire Man die and get replaced by Flame Man during this season... |

Trill's cuteness...and his music...THEY MAKE ME WANT TO PULL OUT A MAGNUM ON MY COMPUTER. Ah, but he's so adorable. I figured his power over viruses would be something like that from the video.
I didn't mind Famous' new design actually. Only thing I noticed was that his hair went out of proportion a few times, but other than that he seemed alright to me.
Flameman was pretty cool, glad they continued to use his boss battle strategy with the different flame colors. His VA makes him sound very elderly, sorta like Desertman, although I guess that's better than having him just roar like a Beastman psychopath like in MMBN3. PAC was right about the fight scenes vastly improving over the crap we dealed with in Stream most of the time, not to mention the animation was pretty sezzy for this one.
Guess it's obvious by this point that the Copyroids are gonna be a big plot point, and not as miniscule like the Control X system in AXESS. Next weekend the gang is bck together again. Aaaaaaw....yea that'll last for one episode. Le sigh... |

This'll probably seem a little trivial but, when you get to see the Holographic Display from Meiru's PET (Around 18:40-43) she's got an Ice Seed at the top of the Custom Screen. So why didn't she use it?
Sure, he'd probably melt the ice but she didn't even TRY it and it's such an OBVIOUS tactic. *Sigh* Roll may be a blonde but Meiru's a burnette, surely she could have seen this. She didn't even use any chips the entire battle as well...
Ah well, just my little point.

Brunette? I'd have classified Meiru as a redhead, personally ^^;;
More importantly, I somehow doubt that image had anything to do with the plot... it was likely just a random chip image shoved in there. Errors happen all the time.

And I must admit, I like Beast a lot more than Axess or Stream, even if Stream had Colonel. I wonder if there will be any Zoans of good guys.

What a great episode, Beast still delivers the greatness 4 episodes in a row. Trill was hilarious, I love that spooky noise he made trying to scare Rockman after he saved him. Poor Rockman had to hold in all his screams XD
The action was really good too, so many fully animated chip attacks, I LOVE IT! And they're being slotted in, not dragged and dropped, good quality EXE action. The plot was good too, nice seeing Meiru and Netto working together again, and ZoanFlameMan actually had a decent purpose to take over that ghost ship, thus avoiding the filler episode, very well done episode.

Wow for once I aucally feel like posting about an epsiode after a while XD. Anyways This epsiode was good in animation as said and it was nice to see Flame Apear however the whole deleting thing is getting retarded. Seems Trill is like Togapie from Pokemon since it seems Trill has some hiddin power that umm ( I see Trills gender is unknown) well has powers that it cant control so I guess thats another interesting thing. I acually didnt really feel like hoping Trill would be killed now that its not an anoying baby who cries very 2 secs :eyes:. Ohhh and I just knwo that there gona still screw up with animation somehow I mean ep may look good but another will just be bad or somthing after all its happened before so lets jsut hope the animators get of there asses and continue to acually do somthing other than freezeframes. Somthing tells this weeks ep is just gona be 1 of thos werid Virus episodes ya know. By the way does anybody have ht summaries of the future eps yet?
